Luxury Apartment in Lagos, very close to Beach, Golf, Marina & Town

Modern living at its best, this new apartment has every facility you will need for a relaxing stay in the Algarve. Situated in 'Albasol', a modern apartment block for only 12 residents, with large pool and private gardens. Entrance is via electric gates to your own indoor parking space. Access is then via lift or stairs to the first floor. The apartment has a delightful open plan lounge and dining area with walk through kitchen, featuring everything from juice maker to dishwasher, electric hob and oven etc. The bedrooms and lounge doors, with electric shutters, lead directly to the large outdoor balcony, where you will find comfortable outdoor dining for 6 persons. There is a separate outdoor BBQ area with direct kitchen access and of course, your sun loungers! Balcony views look towards either Meai Praia beach and the Sea to the left, or to the right, the Old Town of Lagos. The Beach is walking distance approx 7-10mins and the Marina and Old Town 10 - 15minutes. Just 1 min by car.

This luxury Apartment has been carefully furnished and secifically set up for you to enjoy a restful stay in one of the Algarves most delightful areas. Ideally positioned in Albardeira, within the old town of Lagos, the beautiful Marina with its many restaurants, and the long and uncrowded beaches just a 6minute walk away or less than 1minute by car!

Careful thought has been put into ensuring that the Apartment not only matches but exceeds your expectations, and you are able to concentrate on relaxing and enjoying yourselves. All appliances are fully tested however in the event of any uncertainties occurring, our English local management team are available only a phone call away.

Golf trip

4 friends making their annual trip to the Algarve to play golf and enjoy the local area. The balcony is a very good size for sunny breakfasts and early sun bathing. The pool is of a good size and is usually quiet. We can also walk into town at night so nobody has to drive.

A well appointed great base for exploring Largos and the surrounding area.

We had a great stay in the apartment, it was well appointed and very comfortable. The balcony is wonderful and if you enjoy cooking the kitchen has all the pots pans knives etc that you need. This is a great base for largos and having secure parking is a bonus. We found great restaurants in Largos and free parking at the marina. The Alvor estuary is wonderful for birdwatching Ospreys, black winged kites, perigrines and we saw a Dartford Warbler at the fort at Sagres. We would book again.

First Class Stay

Although me and my partner frequently go to Algarve, this year was our first time to Lagos. It was also the very first trip for my mum and her husband outside Scandinavia. They were very impressed with it all. So much so that they would love to go back again next year. We were also joined by my younger sister and her boyfriend. Together our ages range from 23-60+. We all really liked Lagos. It was quieter than Albufeira but had a nice buzz about it. There is plenty to do and see. We all had a wonderful time and the apartment was first class. It was well furnished and kitted out with everything we needed. Everyone especially loved the big balcony which was well used as we had plenty of our meals and socialised a lot out there. As all of us like to keep fit we spent quite a lot of time at Boavista Golf Resort using the health club/spa. It is a short drive from the apartment and easy to find. We also went out on a great boat trip. The Marina is just a short walk away and a nice place to eat and drink, as is the Old Town. The beaches are second to none and the biggest one is again within walking distance. Lagos is easy to get around in both by foot and driving. I would be delighted to stay at this apartment again. And I would happily recommend it to anyone travelling to Lagos. Tess

Foi muito agradável. O local era calmo mas perto do centro. O apartamento é amplo e bem equipado. A varanda e o espaço de convívio também eram excelentes. No entanto as fotos do anúncio davam a entender que havia 3 quartos quando na realidade o 3º quarto referia-se á sala sem nenhuma privacidade. Outro aspeto menos bom foi a limpeza da piscina, que estava suja e com muitas folhas, e não foi feita nenhuma manutenção durante todo o tempo que lá estivemos. Apesar disso, gostámos muito!

Gut Urlaube,aber nichts alles wie geschrieben

Hatte wir eine Zimmer mit kaputten Jalousien,und Staubsauger funktioniert nichts (zu alt,andere Gäste kaputte gemacht,!!)Grill haben wir auch keine gefunden.aber wir haben bezahlte ☹️Wir haben Apartment 2 Tag vorher verlassen.schade, es ist wirklich aus dem Apartment mehr zu machen.

Superbe séjour dans l appartement amélia

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l appartment Amélia. L appartement est idéalement situé, 10 minutes de la Marina de Lagos et la plage de meia praia, 15 min du vieux centre. L appartement est situé dans un quartier et une une residence tres calme.La piscine est bien entretenue,le enfants et les parents ont adoré s'y baigner. L appartement est tres bien équipé, le balcon immense est un enorme atout,esuipe d un barbecue électrique, c est top!une tres jolie vue sur la ville et la mer.. Enfin Chris le propriétaire est tres facilement joignable et cherche toujours à faire en sorte que votre sejour se passe pour le mieux.

Toller Balkon !

Hervorzuheben ist auch der Vermieter Chris, er ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und reagiert umgehend auf Emails. Für Fragen vor Ort hilft ein Hausverwalter. Wir 5 Personen haben den Urlaub wirklich genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und der Balkon ist einfach groß und klasse. Alles ist gut zu erreichen. Balkon: Der ist genial, groß mit stimmungsvollem Blick auf Lagos. Mit großem Tisch für 6 Personen, 2 Liegen, Weber Elektrogrill, perfekt. Das Wohnzimmer braucht man nur zum Schlafen. Schlafzimmer: Es sind 2 Schlafzimmer und eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Die Schlafcouch ersetzt ein Bett wirklich perfekt. Ich glaube nur zum Sitzen ist sie nicht mehr ganz so geeignet. Zu beachten bleibt, das Wohnzimmer ist offen zur Küche, wo auch der Durchlauferhitzer hängt. Ausstattung: Alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, funktioniert aber auch alles noch. Die Wohnung ist geräteseitig sehr gut ausgestattet (Kühlschrank + Gefrierfach, Herd/Ofen Mikrowelle, Spül- und Waschmaschine etc.) Das Geschirr ist vollständig allerdings ein Sammelsurium. Nur richtige Weingläser haben uns gefehlt. 3 Sonnenschirme sind auch dabei (wir haben unsere 2 dort gelassen :-)) POOL: Unserer Kinder 13+ haben gerne abends noch Zeit im Pool verbracht und diese sehr genossen. Anlage: Die Grünanlage/Pool wird 1*die Woche gepflegt. Dann wird es morgens allerdings laut. Parkplatz: Einen eigenen Parkplatz hat die Wohnung nicht mehr. Es gibt aber ausreichend Parkplätze an der Straße. Lage: Ein größerer Supermarkt ist auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. 5 Autominuten entfernt findet man dann alles, Lidl, Aldi, Continente… Auch zu Fuß ist man schnell bei der Marina und vor dort aus kann man sehr schön in den Ort spazieren. Auch am Meia Praia ist man schnell zu Fuß wobei wir bis auf den ersten Tag immer zu Stränden bei, bzw. westlich von Lagos gefahren sind. Man sollte zur Anfahrt die Straßenadresse anfragen. Zu der bei Fewo genannten Adresse kann man nicht navigieren. Auch die Fewo Lagekarte hilft nicht, der Punkt dort ist 1km von der Wohnung entfernt, die Wohnung liegt näher (!) an Lagos also dort angegeben. Wie gesagt immer wieder gerne.

Lovely stay

Had a great time. Good location, lovely apartment very clean and excellent facilities, lovely pool area very quiet... walking distance to the town, only downside was noisy roadworks at 8am weekdays, digging up the pavements outside but can’t be foreseen I suppose!

IMMER WIEDER GERN!!!

Wir waren begeistert von der top ausgestatten und sehr sauberen Anlage und des Appartments. Die Lage: Liegt in der ruhigeren Gegend von Lagos. In der Stadtmitte an den Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten ist man in 5 Autominuten da. Ein Bäcker ist in 2 Gehminuten erreicht. Ein weiterer großer Lebensmittelladen ist in 2 Autominuten erreichbar mit einem Bäcker, Metzger, Konditor und frischem Fisch!!! Der flachliegende kilometerlange Strand Meia Praia ist in 20 Gehminuten über ein nicht bebautes Grundstück erreichbar. Wir empfanden die Lage als perfekt, da wir von hier aus die komplette Algarve-Küste und ihre Strände erforscht haben. Das Appartment: Sehr saubere und ordentliche Anlage! Der Pool (angenehm warm) und die Grünanlage wurden regelmäßig gereinigt! Der Pool ist max. 1,10 m tief, sodass unsere Kids (6, 7 und 8 Jahre alt) auch alleine geschwommen sind :-) Die Ferienwohnung hat eine perfekte Größe für sogar 6 Personen (eine 4-köpfige Familie und 2-köpfige Familie → 3 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder). Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Betten, welche sich zu einem Doppelbett schnell zusammenstellen ließen. Weitere zwei Personen haben auf der bequemen Ausziehcouch (mit Matraze) geschlafen. Aus jedem Zimmer gehen Schiebetüren zur wunderschönen Terrasse mit einem Top-Ausblick (links Meer, rechts Lagos mit seinen weißen Häusern) raus. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer (eins mit Badewanne, eins mit einer Dusche) mit einer guten Größe. Die Küche ist mehr als in sonstigen Ferienappartments ausgestattet, sodass es hier einem an nichts fehlt (Salz, Pfeffer, Spümaschinentabletten, Kaffeemaschine, Saftpresse etc.). Ebenso war ein Bügelbrett und ein Bügeleisen vorhanden (umsonst Reisebügeleisen mitgenommen ;) Auf der Terrasse steht ein Gasgrill, welcher täglich gerne genutzt wurde! Ebenso gibt es hier einen Strandschirm und Sandspielsachen für die Kinder, sodass wir rein gar nichts für die 10 Tage Urlaub für unsere Kids kaufen mussten. Der Vermieter: Ein RIESEN-DANKESCHÖN an den Vermieter Chris!!! Super nett und beantwortete innerhalb kurzer Zeit vor und während (per Whatsapp) des Urlaubs alle Fragen mit viel Geduld und Freundlichkeit! JEDERZEIT ZU EMPFEHLEN!

Great stay in a wonderful appartment

The appartment is very well maintained . Everyhing you need is available in the appartment, even a sunscreen for the beach. A lot of restaurants, center and beach are nearby ( 15min walk). Please do rent a car, the region is to wonderful not to visit! Any little problem is fixed within a couple of hours. We had a great time in Lagos.

Return to Lagos

My husband and I returned to Lagos after 20 years. I found apartment Amelia which I thought would be ideal. It was more than that, it was perfect. Chris the owner from first contact was quick to respond to any emails and sent lots of information on the apartment. Chris offers a Tuk Tuk service which was brilliant. Your shopping can be there for your arrival. The apartment is terrific. It has every home comfort, extremely secure and in a quiet location which enables a good nights sleep. It also has a large balcony where you can enjoy a quiet evening. Lagos and apartment Amelia are certainly on our radar from now on. A 10 minute walk takes you down to the Marina and another 5 minutes or so takes you over the bridge to the old town which has plenty to offer. Thanks again Chris for everything. Beautiful apartment, enjoyed spending our times on the balcony!

In autumn, we stayed for a week in Lagos and enjoyed this beautiful and spacious apartment, fully equipped and with a wonderful balcony inviting to spend the siesta outside! Beach and city are in walking distance, supermarkets are also very close. Booking and communication with Chris was quick and easy and his informations and recommendations were appreciated by us!

Très agréable et très bien placé !

L'appartement est très spacieux, parfaitement entretenu. La résidence est très calme, la plage d'un côté à 10 minutes à pieds en contrebas, le centre ville de Lagos, très animé avec ses boutiques, ses restaurants et ses bars a de quoi satisfaire tous les âges. La marina est aussi très agréable, et participe pleinement au dépaysement de la vie citadine ! On peut choisir entre beaucoup d'activités sur la plage également, découvrir la Ponta de Piedade en bateau (réservez sur un des nombreux stands autour de la marina), les falaises découpées sont magnifiques ! Bref un excellent séjour dans une très belle résidence qui propose tout le confort comme à la maison ! Et Chris est vraiment très attentionné, de bon conseil pour la location des voitures comme pour tout le reste ! Enfin, les portugais sont souriants, avenants et si vous faîtes un effort pour parler quelques mots ils apprécieront ! Nous serons ravis d'y retourner ! The apartment is very spacious, perfectly maintained. The residence is very quiet, the beach on one side is 10 minutes walk down, the center of Lagos, very lively with its shops, restaurants and bars has something to satisfy all ages. The marina is also very pleasant, and participates fully to forget city life! You can choose between many activities on the beach as well, discover the Ponta de Piedade by boat (book on one of the many stands around the marina), the cliffs carved are marvelous ! In short, an excellent stay in a very nice residence that offers all the comforts like home! And Chris is really very attentive, good advice for car rental as for everything else! Finally, the Portuguese are smiling, endearing and if you make an effort to speak a few words they will appreciate! We will be delighted to return !

GREAT HOLIDAY

The apartment is a real home from home with everything you need for a great holiday. The area is in a quiet location but close to everything (15 min to beach, 15 min to Marina & 20 min to town). The complex is very clean and while we were there never crowded. There is a steepish hill to climb on the way back but this did not really bother us. Lagos is a really nice town with plenty of places to eat & drink. Busy but not to overcrowded with a good atmosphere. Would recommend hiring a car (we used lagorent via economycarhire with no problems). There are some really nice resorts nearby if you want a change, Alvor, Praia da Luz & Silema are all different but worth a visit. Dealing with owner Chris was also easy & straight forward which always helps. Overall we had a really enjoyable holiday and would certainly look at booking this apartment again.

Recently returned from a weeks stay at this beautiful apartment. It was spotlessly clean, modern with all mod cons. Lovely location within walking distance to beach and marina. Very peaceful, enjoyed having an early morning coffee listening to the sea! Spacious and secure. Excellent communication from owner Chris from the offset. Excellent Apartment

This is an excellent apartment, a friend and I stayed for a week during May. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious - important for 2 girls! Chris's attention to detail is superb, everything that you need is supplied, even down to a selection of DVD's and Books should you want to spend a relaxing afternoon inside. There are sun loungers on the balcony as well as some supplied for use down at the pool. When we were there although the other apartments were occupied we had the pool area to ourselves all week which was nice. A few minutes walk away is a local shop selling all the daily essentials, bread milk etc and 5 minutes drive is a large supermarket selling everything that you need. A short walk down the hill is the Marina and if after walking into Lagos town or after eating a meal in one of the many restaurants you don't wish to walk back up the hill .. taxis are readily available. When you book Chris gives you an informative information pack, including places to visit etc. A nice touch is also a visitors book in the apartment where others can share their experiences, days out favourite restaurants. This is the 2nd property of Chris's that I have stayed in and I can't recommend it highly enough, everything has been thought of to make your stay an enjoyable one. Thanks Chris, we will be back.....
