This maisonette is a single bedroom unit spread over two floors connected by an indoor staircase, offering a self-catering kitchen and a nice balcony for a relaxing night.

This is a duplex. On the first floor, there is an open space living room with a full self-catered kitchen, couch and TV. The kitchen comes with a Nespresso machine and supplies, integrated fridge and freezer as well as a washing machine. The first floor is also equipped with LED lighting so that you can create an ambient environment to relax after a hard day at work, watch Netflix on the city duplex account and also enjoy some of our favourite coffee table books. From the first floor you can also access the balcony. The balcony is also fully furnished with outdoor furniture for a nice alfresco area. On the second floor you can find the bedroom and a separate large wet room. The bedroom is also equipped with a small iron board and an iron, along with a dryer rack. There is also a fire extinguisher and a first day kit upstairs. On the bed tables you can find a city guide for Food, the neighbourhood, transportation to the airport and a convenient index with hot spots!
