Kaweah Chakra, a riverfront retreat, with luxury amenities in a stunning resort-like setting is the perfect place to reunite with friends and family while exploring the Sequoia National Park. This custom designed 4300 sqft home features 5 bedrooms /5 bath and a beautiful 2 bedroom guesthouse "Dream Catcher" to book at ADDITIONAL cost for groups larger than 14 guests, or where more bedrooms are required. Enjoy a private sandy beach with river access. The home features TV’s in every bedroom, strong WiFi, steam room shower, outdoor seating, jacuzzi spa, a private organic garden & much more. Base rate is for 14 guests in the main lodge.

*Please note* the guesthouse must be reserved if you have more than 14 guests, or want the entire property exclusively to yourself. The groundskeeper may stay at the guesthouse when it is not reserved. Base rate is for the Main Lodge only up to 14. With the Guesthouse, up to 18 can sleep comfortably in beds.

Reservation will include the 4 bedroom 4 bath Main Lodge with additional "Sequoia" family suite (5th bedroom). Each bedroom has its own TV and full ensuite bathroom. 4 of the bedrooms have french doors opening to outdoor patio and seating areas.

*** 14 - 20 Guests: ***
Reserve the Main Lodge with the additional 2 bedroom 1 bath Guesthouse "Dream Catcher". The Guesthouse must be reserved if you have more than 14 guests. 18 guests can sleep comfortably between the Main Lodge and Guesthouse, Please enquire if you wish to book the guesthouse. The Guesthouse nightly rate varies seasonally. If you put 16 guest in your extra guest fees will cover the guest house and it will be included. The additional guest number on vrbo maxes out at 16. If you have more than 16 guests we need to know. The fees for up to 16 will still accommodate and cover the cost of the guest house which accommodates up to 18 when paired with main lodge and possibly very small additional children. We have beds all in total for 18 guests.

Kaweah Chakra offers plenty of outdoor fun with a game area and exercise equipment, as well as multiple BBQ's including large propane grills and Green Egg. We also have a BBQ exclusively for vegans. Lounge down by the river or meditate amongst the trees in the hammock and outdoor seating areas. We have a custom sauna by the spa and river coming soon!

Main House:

1st Primary Bedroom “Raj” - King bed, a small sofa sleeper for little one. Ensuite full private bathroom w/ steam room shower and jet bathtub.
2nd Guest Bedroom “Zen” - Queen bed, full guest bathroom with direct access from bedroom.
3rd Guest Bedroom “Mystere” - King bed, full private ensuite bathroom.
4th Guest Bedroom “Caprice” - 2 Queen beds and sleeper chair bed. Private entrance through french doors. Ensuite full private bathroom.
5th Family Suite "Sequoia"- features a queen bed and bunk bed. Ensuite full private bathroom featuring spacious walk in shower with rain head, 2 sinks and European water closet. Private entrance through french doors, and open onto river views and patio dining.

Guesthouse "Dream Catcher": Features a private balcony with river views and outdoor seating for 4.
1st Bedroom "Dream Catcher" - King bed and balcony.
2nd Bedroom "Dream Catcher 2" - Queen bed with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette, and desk/dining table. One bathroom in this family suite.

We can find accommodations nearby if you have over 18- 20 guests as well. Children the age of 2 or younger don't count as guests on your guest count. 18 sleep in beds plus there is a sleeper chair, small children sleeper sofa in master accommodate children. We know some little ones sleep with parents so have that in mind when we say we accommodate somewhat over 18. We are strict regarding compliance with Tulare County occupancy regulations. The Living room features vaulted tongue and groove wood ceilings, and hosts a regulation size pool table, sunny reading window seating, piano, comfortable leather conversation seats and large two- sided fireplace clad in exquisite sculpted ceramic mountain scenery. Separate casual TV room with comfortable sectional for relaxing large features large Bali wood wall art piece.

The floor plan flows to patio seating overlooking hot tub, sandy beach and river. Outdoor patio includes exercise and weight training equipment along with a variety of games - basketball, foosball, ping pong and MORE.

The master bedroom, known as the Raj suite is large, spacious, and luxurious, featuring a king bed with Smart TV, private jetted bath and professional steam room w/shower.

The Caprice bedroom is spacious with two queen beds, private bath, exercise equipment, TV, work-space, and glass doors to patio and river area. This room has a sleep chair for 1.

The Zen bedroom with queen bed, evokes peace with green and teal colors, Smart TV, private mini fridge and green views. Adjacent full bathroom with access through bedroom and hallway.

The Mystere bedroom, also spacious with king bed, private full bathroom, TV, closet and workspace.

You will enjoy the rare sandy beach, and great river swimming spot. Please note there is an organic garden near river, that is for your pleasure. Organic soil has been brought in, along with seasonal organic vegetables planted. Anything you see that appeals to harvest for a meal is yours!

The Kaweah River Chakra, a former yoga retreat, is now a private River Beach Resort as well, and is here to make your retreat, reunion, or family fun Sequoia Park vacation your most memorable trip. Relax in luxury, swim, and fish from the back yard. Play in the hot tub on the river. Enjoy the new medical quality sauna! Pick fresh seasonal items from the organic garden. BBQ using the variety of BBQ's offered (Large propane operated grills and Green Egg), including a Vegan Only BBQ. Hike in the Sequoia National Park...... it's all in your back yard or a few minutes away.

The homeowner, a retired yoga retreat manager, stays in the guest quarters if not reserved, and is a wonderful caretaker of the property. The guesthouse is adjacent to the main house, with a layout that provides privacy to guests.
