Impeccably appointed, this property offers more than 7,000 sq ft of space on two levels and ocean views from almost every room. At its center is a fountain courtyard oasis which opens into the bright, airy living area and kitchen, and flows into the outdoor patio with several lounging/seating areas, heated infinity pool, outdoor shower and barbeque/outdoor dining area. The second floor offers three airy bedrooms, all with balconies and spacious bathrooms. The master bedroom opens onto an large deck with its sweeping ocean view. An adjacent bedroom with two queen beds has two balconies, one to the ocean, the other to the fountain courtyard. The third bedroom is like a separate dwelling, connected to the main house by a covered walkway and having two balconies. All guests will be required to sign a rental contract that will be emailed after your reservation is confirmed.

Guests will need to provide a scanned ID or photo that will be used to set up beach club access cards. They will also need to electronically sign access forms.

If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $2,000 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage)
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any cancellation refund.
