Casa Calistro - Rural house

Casa Calistro is an indoor accommodation located in the old town of Chelva, in the Arrabal. We have capacity for 9 people, distributed in 2 double rooms, one double, one single and a sofa bed. Ideal for rural family tourism, hiking trails and to relax and disconnect from civilization.

In the town square is the historical ensemble of the arciprestal church of Ntra. Of the Angels, declared of cultural interest.
Chelva has different routes:

The "Water Route" is a tourist itinerary, which combines nature and culture in a pleasant walk of approximately two hours. It starts in the Plaza Mayor, guided by signs and information panels that facilitate your journey. The itinerary is an easy route so it is ideal for family excursions.

In the aqueduct of Peña Cortada there are two types, the bridge aqueduct and the viaduct aqueduct. In the first one, the already solved techniques of the bridge and the honorific or triumphal arch that are used here are mainly used to save the ravine of Alcotas and the ravine of the Cueva del Gato with the monumentality required by its authors to magnify the power of its empire. In the second type of aqueduct of free circulation by channel, canalis structilis, the Roman technical domain in terms of water conduction systems is deployed here, in its section excavated in rock.
