Comprised of a large living area with a wrap-around window at one corner of the apartment. You'll a large sofa that can be converted into a double-bed equipped with a 20cm memory foam mattress for a restful sleep, a wall-mounted TV, book-shelf and four-person dining table.

The kitchen has all the equipment you'll ever need to create a satisfying meal; feel free to make use the Nespresso machine and toaster to start off your day!

The bedroom comes with a double-bed lined with hotel-quality linens, and a built-in wardrobe to store your personal items.

The apartment features a bath equipped with a hand shower for your convenience. Additionally, the WC is separate from the bathroom, offering added privacy and comfort. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided free of charge.

Additionally, there is a public car park just 300 meters away for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

The 11th arrondissement is a hip, diverse district that draws partygoers to lively bars around Rue Oberkampf and its surrounding streets. It's also home to the Opéra Bastille, the city's main opera house. Foodies and fashionistas flock to the boutiques and vogue restaurants around Rue de Charonne, part of the evolving shopping and dining scene in the cosmopolitan area between the République and Nation squares.

My home is very conveniently centralised among three different metro lines, which consists of Line 5 at Bréquet Sabin, Line 8 at Ledru-Rollin, and Line 9 at Charrone.

Alternatively, buses, taxis/Uber and private hire car are also available.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
