We had a great stay at this property! The place was very clean, spacious, and smelled fresh as soon as we walked in. The neighborhood seemed nice and the location was convenient for what we needed. They had thoughtful personal items and kitchen supplies available. Our family enjoyed the arcade game — such a fun touch. We would definitely stay here again!

A great apartment that is well maintained by the owner! It's in a really good location to allow good access to downtown Chicago at a very reasonable price, and the owner takes care of everything on checkout (no cleanup needed, which is awesome!). Couple of notes that aren't clear from the writeup:- The apartment is in Burbank (not Oak Lawn). Not a big deal. Note that the apartment is on a fairly busy road. Not an issue to get in and out of, just some extra noise when in the main room (especially when trucks go by), but it is the big city after all!- The apartment is a house that's been split into two apartments. The rental is the upper floor, and the owner lives on the bottom floor. (We found that out when we got stuck in Chicago traffic on a Friday night.. we'd left our 19 year old at the apartment to get ready to go out with two friends, and I didn't see the messages from the host about violating quiet hours (since we were driving), so we got a phone call from the owner. We made it back by 10:40 and fixed that up. And, one of those friends parked on the grass, which I'm embarrassed about, and we cleaned that up quickly, too. Sorry about this! None of that happens if the parents weren't stuck in Chicago traffic.)- The rate is based on number of occupants, so make sure you have that accurate with the host, since we had 1 guest stay 2 of the 3 nights and had to pay more after the fact (which is fair, but not something I've seen before).

Thank you again for your thoughtful review and for your stay! I just wanted to clarify a few points for future guests. First, this is not a house that has been split into two apartments. It is a legal two-flat building with two completely separate apartments, each with its own private entrance and living space- build in 2019. Regarding quiet hours, they are clearly stated in our listing and house rules and begin at 10:00 p.m. Since we live on the property and value a peaceful environment for everyone, we ask all guests to respect these hours and to obtain approval before having any visitors. Lastly, our nightly rate is based on the number of registered guests, which is also disclosed in the listing before booking. Any additional overnight guests must be added to the reservation so the pricing is adjusted accordingly. Thank you again for staying with us. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best!

Great stay close to Midway

The property was just as advertised. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, easy parking. The live potted plants and cut flowers were a really nice touch. Really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again.

Excellent place to stay. Close to Geekseat stadium. Hostest was great and accommodated all of our requests. We would defiantly stay there again.

Perfect Stay for Wintrust Sports Complex Events

We had a great stay at this property during our son’s basketball tournament at Wintrust Arena — the location couldn’t have been more convenient! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with laundry and meals during a busy week. There was plenty of space and bedding for our family of four. The host was excellent — very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area for short-term travel.

Great place to stay!

Marta’s place was GREAT! Super clean, very accurate to the photos, was well stocked and in a convenient location if looking to stay outside of the city. Was in town to attend a concert at Tinley Park and this was a great place to stay for that. The host was able to accommodate a last minute change we had to our reservation and was very responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location minutes away from the airport

The stay was great , reserved parking and clean and modern apartment. I had my wife teenager and 9 year old. Martha was great and answered any questions we had. If in the area this will definitely be my go to place to stay.

Nice stay near the city

Three moms brought out girls to the city of an event at soldier Field. The drive into the city was only 25 minutes. The area was safe and the apartment was great. Everything was neat, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our needs and requests for our overnight stay.

Wonder Place to Stay!

We had a wonderful night at this apartment. The directions from the owner on accessing the apartment were detailed and easy to follow. The apartment was very clean and welcoming. We were thankful for the snacks, coffee, and drinks. There were also added touches that made the stay very welcoming. The bed was also super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the Chicago area.

Great Stay

My family of four stayed here for 4 nights while visiting relatives in the SW suburbs of Chicago.Location is great--easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping and a pretty easy drive or train ride to downtown Chicago. The apartment is very spacious and felt even bigger than what I had expected. Everything is updated and clean, and there were tons of towels and extra sets of sheets. The laundry machines were great to have in the unit and the Pacman machine kept us occupied during down time. Marta is a great host and responded quickly when I had questions. No issues or complaints whatsoever.We loved it and will definitely try to stay here again next time we're in the area!

Nice Apartment!

This apartment was just as the pictures showed- clean, modern and comfortable! We had a family of 4 including 1 senior and 1 teenager, we all were comfortable and had our own space. Getting to and from the airport was a breeze. Also getting to the city was a quick and easy drive. We loved having the snacks and drinks, it was a nice touch after a long travel day! Communication with Marta was very prompt and thorough. We would definitely stay here again!
