Charming gîte with a surface area of 50 m2 annexed to our house with an independent entrance.
The shared flower garden has a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. For the happiness of children a cabin with slide and a swing are available.
SORRUS is ideally located 3 minutes from Montreuil sur Mer (medieval city) and 10 minutes from the beaches (Berck sur mer, Le Touquet, Merlimont).
Private parking . Possibility of storing motorbike, bicycle, in the garage.
Accommodation adjoining a private terrace, with sunbathing and barbecue. It is composed :
- a living room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, fan oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, vacuum cleaner), 2-seater sofa (140 x 190 cm SIMMONS bedding) , television 107 cm, high chair.
- a bathroom with Italian shower, toilet and vanity unit.
- a master bedroom with a 140X190 double bed, a chest of drawers and a clothes rack (duvets and pillows provided).
Possibility of adding a baby bed (with thick mattress) or an extra bed (slatted base and thick mattress).
Small Plus: Treat yourself to a delicious meal in your cottage, Sandra can cook and deliver meals made up of fresh products, such as Mussels and Fries, Tartiflette - Salad, Platter, etc ...

Other remarks
In addition, here are some services which are offered to you, which are not compulsory, to be specified when making your reservation:

* Breakfast by reservation: 8 euros / pers and 6 euros / child (- 6 years old) and free for children under 2 years old. Breakfast includes hot drinks, orange juice, fruit, yogurts, pastries, bread, cheese, farm butter, homemade jam, honey and hard-boiled eggs (local products).
* Bed linen: 5 euros / bed (For additional bed)
* Bathroom linen: 3 euros / pers (For additional person if more than 2 people)
* Common washing machine (detergent included): 5 euros / detergent
* Common tumble dryer: 3 euros / drying
* The cleaning is not included, the lodging must be made impeccable or opt for the cleaning option at 15 euros.
* A deposit check of 100 €, not cashed, will be given to us on arrival and will be returned to you after checking the house and impeccable cleaning upon your departure.
