Nestled in the Green Mountains, this spacious 4 bedroom chalet is the perfect location for your family vacation. Enjoy the peaceful tranquility; only 7 miles from Mount Snow.
Take in the morning sunrise from the privacy of the expansive 40 ft deck and enjoy your coffee.
We are located in beautiful Chimney Hill which offers wonderful amenities we include for our guests during the summer including the heated outdoor Pool, indoor heated pool , tennis courts, basketball courts, fishing pond and more! Close to Harriman Reservoir and Lake Raponda, guests can enjoy a day of kayaking and swimming at the lakes and enjoying the hiking trails throughout summer and fall.

The warmer months provide outdoor enthusiasts the opportunity to enjoy the exceptional recreation that Vermont is renowned for. You will find hiking (the popular Haystack trail is very close to the house ) , mountain biking, kayaking, golf and much more. The Haystack and Mount Snow golf courses are less than 5 miles from the house. Enjoy an invigorating day playing outdoors and an evening by the fire-pit gazing at the stars.

Downtown Wilmington has several restaurants, antiquing & shopping just a few minutes from the house. The home is pet free. New high speed Fiber service is now at the home!

Family friendly, bright and comfortable, this mountain home is ideal for your vacation. Enjoy the woodsy Vermont feel in the open concept living spaces with soaring ceilings, hardwood floors and natural light throughout.

Relax and unwind in the two spacious living areas. After a day on the mountain enjoy the cozy wood burning fireplace in the family room with 65” Apple/Smart TV with Netflix, Prime video, DVD player.

The expansive wrap around deck is perfect for your morning coffee or summer BBQ entertaining. With the new BBQ grill, new outdoor dining table, additional outdoor seating, and party lites, the deck is a place for true relaxation.

Inside enjoy the warm fully equipped kitchen with copper sink, breakfast bar and granite countertops. The vaulted dining area with Farmhouse table and cozy soapstone stove is ready for your family enjoyment.

Two Queen guest bedrooms on the first floor share a marble bath with walk in shower and a second half bath. Upstairs you will find a large Master bedroom with King size log bed, vaulted ceiling, private balcony, upgraded bath with large walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. The large loft bedroom offers another Queen log bed.

The lower level has a beautiful custom maple bar, Vermont Castings gas stove, Apple TV, game table , Air Hockey, Pinball Machine and ample storage. Walk out to the back yard and enjoy the fire-pit area with firewood provided!

The attached garage has one parking space and ample storage in the adjacent storage/ ski room for all of your equipment.

The backyard has plenty of open space and fire-pit with seating for your evening gatherings. Enjoy s'mores by the fire and take in the sunset!
