This house, located in Paimpol, is ideal for 4 vacationers. It offers 2 bedrooms, a furnished garden, a terrace and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi and a radio.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 4 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden enjoying views of the sea and the city.
The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and 1 including 2 single beds. Several bathrooms are available, one with a bathtub and a toilet and one with a shower. A separate toilet is available
The house features ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, a washing machine and a dryer.
Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 50 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 5 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 10 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
There will be an electric meter reading on arrival and departure at 0.25€ per kw. Pellets for the stove are available for an extra €7 for a 15 kilo bag. Dryer available.
