Sleeping arrangements include a queen-size sofa bed, a cozy bunk nook with memory foam mattresses, and a Tempur-Pedic double bed in the bedroom—ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of island adventures.

Guests of the Victorian Condominium Resort are required to check-in at the lobby and pay parking/facility fee for $40 plus tax per vehicle at the time of check-in.

Additional rules:
Strict NO smoking and NO Pet Policy. NO smoking of any kind is allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. This includes vape devices and/or cannabis. Guests will be charged a $500 minimum cleaning fee if any evidence of smoking is detected.
