Butterfly Beach Condo is a charming Galveston condo located at the Victorian Condominium Resort, offering the perfect blend of comfort, style, and breathtaking views. This beautifully designed 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat on the 3rd floor features an open floor plan with stunning beach and pool views, providing the ultimate island getaway.

Step into vacation living with fantastic amenities! Walk across the street for a perfect day at the beach, or take the elevator down to relax by one of the two sparkling pools. Sip your favorite beverage on the private balcony while soaking in the coastal breeze and panoramic views. Let your worries drift away—you’re officially on island time! Whether you're planning a family vacation, a friends' getaway, or a couples retreat, Butterfly Beach Condo is the ideal escape.

This condo comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, oven, convection cooktop, full-size refrigerator, cookware, and dishware. Sleeping arrangements include a queen-size sofa bed, a cozy bunk nook with memory foam mattresses, and a Tempur-Pedic double bed in the bedroom—ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of island adventures.

Enjoy stunning views, amenities, and a prime location close to all the best Galveston Island attractions. Your perfect beach getaway starts at Butterfly Beach Condo!

Guests of the Victorian Condominium Resort are required to check-in at the lobby and pay parking/facility fee for $40 plus tax per vehicle at the time of check-in.

Additional rules:
Strict NO smoking and NO Pet Policy. NO smoking of any kind is allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. This includes vape devices and/or cannabis. Guests will be charged a $500 minimum cleaning fee if any evidence of smoking is detected.

Summer is not the only time to visit the island - there are things to do year round! Long term guests are always welcome!

Very cute, clean and exactly what we needed for a quick weekend to Galveston. We are a family of 6 it was small but we made it work. The kids enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend. The location was great walking distance to everythong including Walmart.

The property itself was great, however the 40 to park was ridiculous, the under building parking was dirty and not taken care of - and 40 was not listed on the original booking through VRBO.Our Condo was great and our Host could not have been more accommodating

I do want to sincerely apologize for the condition of the parking area while you were there. The lot was undergoing repairs at that time, which unfortunately impacted cleanliness and overall appearance. We completely understand how that would be frustrating and not the experience you expected. Regarding the $40 parking fee, I’m sorry for any confusion. This fee is set by the HOA and is noted on the VRBO listing under “About this Property,” as well as in the Guest Information that was emailed prior to arrival. That said, we understand it can sometimes be overlooked during booking, and we’ll continue looking for more ways to make that information even more clear. We truly appreciate your feedback, it helps us improve both communication and the overall guest experience. The heated pool and the view from the balcony were the best part of this property! The unit is updated and modern. The rest of the resort is a little run down. There was a large hole in the overhang over the balcony that birds were flying into. We were able to walk a few places and enjoyed lunch on the pier one night. Thank you for hosting!

I do want to apologize for the issue you noticed with the overhang above the balcony. That is part of the building’s exterior, which is maintained by the HOA, but I’ve reported it so it can be addressed as quickly as possible. We completely understand how that could be concerning. We also appreciate your feedback about the overall condition of the resort. While some areas are older, there have been ongoing improvements, and guest input like yours helps bring attention to where updates are still needed. It sounds like you made the most of your time being able to walk to nearby spots and enjoy lunch on the pier is one of our favorite parts of the location too. Great beach weekend

We came to Galveston for a quick weekend beach trip to celebrate our teen’s birthday and this was the perfect location! The pool was area was nice, the beach was close and the property was just as pictured. We would definitely stay here again!
