Located only 30 meters away from the long beach of Sables d’Or Les Pins, between two capes (Cap d’Erquy and Cap Frehel), this spacious and comfortable house provides a fabulous view out over the sea from the living room bow window, from the kitchen and from all the bedrooms upstairs.
On the ground floor, you will find the entrance with a corridor leading to a large kitchen open to a living room with a working fireplace, and to a dining room with a large bow window. Another corridor leads to the first bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, and separate toilets. Upstairs, a mezzanine and three bedrooms with a sea view (one bedroom is equipped with a soccer table football and a pinball), another bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, and separate toilets. Baby equipment is available (folding bed, changing table, baby bath, high chair).

You will benefit from the garden in the pine trees and the terrace with its garden salon and BBQ. You will also have access to the basement where you will find a washing machine, a freezer, fishing gear, and two inside parking spots.
