This place was wonderful. They were great with communication with our late arrival into town. Being a corner unit, our very large van did not fit the parking spot, but a larger option was a short distance away.

This property exceeded our expectations

Lovely house, very clean and bright and location suited us perfectly. Clear instructions given for use of heating/hot water etc. Outdoor furniture could do with a lick of paint & one chair seat was broken. Otherwise excellent and we would hope to stay again in the future.

Great!

Our third year coming to Kenmare - group of 5 families in 5 houses and hopefully we will continue to do so. The houses are very well located approx 10/15 minute walk to the town and in a small and quiet development. Clean, very spacious and very well equipped, the houses are extremely comfortable. I highly recommend.

Top Class - See you next year. Nothing an issue - excellent location we could walk to town in 7 minutes (needed a Brolly but that is Ireland) Called on Wii connections sorted immediately. House Cean and tidy - check out service really made easy. So in short really enjoyed it

Perfect base to explore Beara/ ring of kerry

Stayed at ardmullen for 7 nights in July , 2019 with two young children (5&8). It was a prefect base with loads to do with the children, a short stroll from the swimming pool in Kenmare bay which we used a couple of times. Loads to do around Kenmare without the chaos of the larger Killarney. We have stayed in rentals before where the furnishings and beds weren’t great quality but this house has good quality furnishings. It represented good value for money compared to other houses we rented in the past. We will be back, no problem recommending this accommodation. Thanks Jer and team for a hassle free holiday rental.

Good House in a Good location.

we were completely satisfied with the house. We booked the house for the second time. For us the bed mattresses were too soft, you could buy new mattresses in the future. Nice would be a coffee maker

clean and comfortable

Good location, clean and comfortable. We had a very short stay - just 2 nights and hardly used the house. I don't think we even went into the living room. But it was good and it was easy to turn on the heating when required.

Highly recommend

Nice home with plenty of room. Washer/dryer bonus as we were travelling in carry ons. Excellent location for touring Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsula. Kenmare nice little town, host was lovely and responded immediately when needed. Easy access to house with excellent instructions.

3 week stay

Had a very enjoyable 3 week stay in ardmullen with 3 children . House is spacious and very well equipped and highchair and cot were provided which was great. The garden and green was also a lifesaver as the children had plenty of options to play. Its walking distance from the town and the children had loads to do with horseriding and kyaking available within a 5 min drive. The kenmare bay hotel also has a pay per use option which is only a stones throw from the property. A hot water switch broke during our stay and was replaced within hours thankyou jer amazing customer service!

geweldige woning

is echt een prima woning op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum. aan alles is gedacht! het enige minpunt dat ik heb is de matige wifi. bij aankomst is de communicatie niet optimaal waardoor we zelf moesten gaan zoeken waar we de sleutel konden halen.

Très bon séjour

Bien située pour découvrir les 3 péninsules, au calme mais pas trop loin du centre. Maison propre et confortable, manque de quelques ustensiles de cuisine . Electricité et fuel ne sont pas compris dans le montant de la location . Séjour très agréable.

Number 14 Ardmullen is a spacious house in a great location with everything you need for a comfortable stay - including good sized outdoor area. Excellent wi-fi and UK tv channels and Jer is quick & very helpful in his communications.

Third year to rent house from Kenmare Rentals.

A beautiful house in a beautiful location. Kenmare is a fabulous destination - this was our third consequtive year to rent the same property from Kenmare Rentals - they are a pleasure to deal with and we highly reccommend them. Brendan and Moira - Dublin.

Very happy

Good size house, comfortable and nicely done up. It's a short, maybe five minute, walk from the town centre (take the shortcut by the Kenmare Bay Hotel). Nice quiet estate. Very happy with stay.

Had a relaxing break at this property, location was ideal and only a 10 minute walk into the town centre, very nicely laid out property and very easy booking and key collection process See you next year
