This apartment is not rented for vacational rentals, but always and in any case for seasonal stays, with a seasonal contract governed by Urban Renting Act 29/1994, of the 24th of November, and in any case the rented property implies the habitual residence of the tenant who rents it.

Exclusive apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located in one of the best areas of the city, decorated with comfort in mind but without sacrificing careful aesthetics.

The apartment has a spacious living-dining room with sofa, side table, armchair, TV and dining table with chairs. This room is very bright as it has two balconies to the outside. In addition, the apartment has a large kitchen equipped with everything you need.

From the living room we can access the 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with 2 single beds and the third with a double bed. In the same corridor we find the two full bathrooms, both with showers. In addition, the apartment has an additional toilet.

The location of the apartment is ideal for getting around the city on foot or by public transport.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. For more information about the management of experiences and extra activities of the accommodations, please visit our Privacy Policy on our official website.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of ā‚¬ 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

My family and I (four total) absolutely loved this apartment and were pleased to be greeted upon arrival by Angelique as she helped us with our bags and gave us a tour around the apartment. It was open, clean, bright, spacious and in a perfect location that was very close to some many of Madrid's main attractions and tourist spots. The property was quiet, despite being in a relatively busy area. Hospitality was amazing throughout our trip, with the company even assisting us with transportation from the airport to the apartment and back to the airport when our trip was over. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked (the only thing we wished we had was instructions on how to use the espresso machine, but thank God for YouTube :) ) and we loved having so many bathrooms. We will be back to Madrid and when we do, I'd love to stay here again!

Wonderful city getaway

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was super well located for the tourist areas of the city. We walked nearly everywhere and had easy access to the metro or ride shares when we wanted. The rooms were reasonably sized, the communication with the property owners was terrific and we had everything that we needed with good amount of privacy for our adult kiddo. Worth noting that of the 3 bedrooms, only the smallest has a true double bed - other rooms had two singles pushed together. All in all, extremely central, comfortable, and clean and we'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful view and great location!

This lovely apartment fit our family of 7 with plenty of comfortable space! It was minutes from the Atocha train station and the Metro with lovely "Las Delicias" restaurant across the street. They were accommodating giving us an extra hour so that we could fit in our Royal Palace Tour that had to be rescheduled due to official business at the Palace. We loved being in the heart of Madrid!

Well Located Flat Close to Atocha Train Statiom

Our family really loved the location of this flat which was right next to the Atocha Train Station. We found it to be within walking distance of many attractions in a neighborhood that had tons of restaurants and pier markets. AC worked very well which came in handy as it was hot!

Very close to Atocha train station

We selected this property because it was very close and easy to walk to/from the Atocha train station. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the plazas or other notable places to see or eat. The apartment is located in the top floor (5th floor) and there is a small elevator as well as staircase. We appreciated that this apartment had room for everyone to have privacy or spend time together.

We used the apartment much more than intended!

We had a very good experience at this rental! Soon after we arrived, we both got sick, so needed to stay inside for the majority of the time! Rented it for 5 people, but the others didnā€™t come due to our illness. We were so thankful to have plenty of space to stretch out in, prepare our meal, etc!

Great location. Nice apartment

I stayed here with Y spouse and 3 kids (ages 11-14). The location was lovely. Gabriella was helpful meeting us during a terrible rainstorm and helping us acclimate to the apartment. The linens were clean and fresh. The apartment was clean. Only cons (and this is so nit-picky) were: the kitchen only had 2 bowls. With 3 kids who all wanted cereal for breakfast, we had to be creative. Also there were sugar ants in the kitchen and bathrooms (a couple in the bedrooms). Nothing major- and Iā€™m certain that it I had reached out to management, these issues would have been addressed immediately. But we were there for only a couple of nights and these were not significant issues. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this apartment.

Apartamento maravilloso

El apartamento estĆ” fenomenal!! Como en las fotos! Nos alojamos 4 adultos, 3 niƱos y 1 bebe y nos encantĆ³ la casa. Si bien tuvimos incidentes las dos noches del finde que nos quedamos: el viernes dormimos sin persiana en la habitaciĆ³n principal (por estar encajada) y el sĆ”bado fue imposible dormir por la fiesta que tenĆ­a el vecino, mĆŗsica a tope y muchĆ­sima gente en el apartamento de al lado hasta las 3 amā€¦conclusiĆ³n: el apartamento es ideal pero la estancia puede compliacarse por culpa de los vecinos.

The location was excellent to walk to all areas around Atocha including Plaza Mayor and Peurto del Sol. 3 bath with 2 showers was great. I could walk around corner to get fruit etc for breakfast etc. Virginia helped greatly at check in and was exactly where she stated etc. NO problems at all.

Location was great!

Location was great and that was about it.... As soon as we arrived at the train station, I called the number provided via Whatsapp. I got no answer. I then received a call back using regular phone service and was not able to hear the person on the other line. I called 2 more times and finally spoke with a guy who said that Virginia was on her way to the apartment to meet us. We arrived at the apartment and waited 30 minutes before a guy from the apartment, who we believe might have been the building engineer, called building management to let them know we were waiting. Eventually Virginia arrived and was super abrupt and short with us. You could tell she was in a hurry to get the check-in process over with. We asked for restaurant suggestions and she said she would send me some via Whatsapp, those suggestions never came. We also asked about taking a train to the Madrid airport for our flight home, she said it was one direct train...she was wrong. We were thankful they did not grant us a late check-out as we needed that extra time to figure out the transit system to the airport. After we entered the apartment, it was still being cleaned. It was another 15 minutes before the cleaning lady was finished and left. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean but the smaller bathroom had a shower draining problem. We also found cobwebs in the living room area and the couch in that room definitely needs to be deep cleaned. Lastly, this apartment has VERY thin walls. We could hear lots of yelling throughout the 2 nights we stayed here which woke us up in the middle of the night. The first night we heard a man and woman fighting at 3am and went on for a good hour. The smaller of the bedrooms would probably the best room to choose for a good night's sleep as it does not share walls with other apartments.

Everything was great, apartment was clean and a fabulous location. The only issue we had was that it was listed as having a washer/dryer, but it only had a washer. The drying rack worked well though.
