Stony Broke Ranch private retreat, eight miles from Glacier

Our rental is a one level beautiful home, at the base of Desert Mountain, on a family ranch, established in 1955. Abbott creek flows through our ranch, and is filled with tiny brook trout. Our private location is three miles from Hungry Horse Reservoir, and eight miles from the Glacier National Park entrance.
We are nestled off of Spotted Bear Road, a quiet, and gorgeous setting on twenty two, private acres, with national forests hugging our property. Very private home, with endless natural surroundings.
Our floor plan is open, with a spacious professional kitchen, and large, comfortable living room. Twenty three foot ceilings, and floor to ceiling windows, to bring the outdoors in.
Walking, hiking, riding, and all wonderful outdoor activities await.
Horses, and many other wild, and native animals, give a great feel, and entertainment. We are proud to share our family ranch with you, your friends and family.
THIS HOME IS CLEANED BY THE OWNER.
CLEANLINESS IS OF TOP PRIORITY.
Additional cleaning supplies will be provided, for the use of our guests, for additional peace of mind.
We understand our guests want to feel safe, and comfortable in their home away from home.

This house was our last stop of three rentals, by far was our favorite. 5 Stars across the board! The property owners were attentive in their communication. I would highly recommend this property; it is tucked away and private. Peaceful at night and the Montana sky full of stars! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with travelers!

The house is immaculate. Clean and very well appointed. Melissa is very generous from eggs in the fridge to popcorn in the pantry. Everything is labeled and easy to find. The house has many scented candles, soaps and fabric softeners. If this is a problem for anyone in your group it may not be the right rental for you or you may want to contact Melissa before you book. It is a beautiful home in a beautiful area near Glacier National Park.

We had the ultimate time staying at this home! Literally everything has been thought about and carefully labeled and articulated to make your stay just as comfortable as being at home! National Park Trip

This house is absolutely perfect to access the west side of Glacier. I had several questions about the property and surrounding areas and Melissa was quick to respond with very helpful information. Communication prior to and during the trip was amazing! The cleanliness of the property was immaculate and the amenities provided made our trip even better!

Everything was superb. The home was beautiful, and the location unbeatable. Unlike most VRBOā€™s Iā€™ve stayed at, this home felt loved and not sterile. Melissa thought of everything with lots of little perks that make it feel just like home. Only 14 minutes to West Glacier entrance. Hosts communicated whenever needed. Thank you Melissa and Beau!

Amazing lodging in west side

The property was extremely well maintained. We enjoyed the spa, grill, gourmet kitchen, and ease of access to glacier. Kids had a fantastic time. It was everything we wanted and more.

The details of the property, from the Pendleton blankets to the stocked kitchen supplies to the bear spray to the firewood to the general cleanliness was top notch. Excellent stay as a base for West Glacier.
