We welcome you to our exceptional family chalet.
Completely new, it is ideally located in Gérardmer, at the foot of the Mauselaine slopes with breathtaking views of the lake and the Vosges forests facing south.

The Perle Noire chalet is a charming, spacious place where a cozy atmosphere reigns thanks to its decoration and the materials that have been chosen for its construction, old wood, steel and stones mix with it.

Housing :
Luxury chalet of 220 m² on 3 levels dedicated to your comfort, well-being and leisure.

On the ground floor, two bedrooms with individual shower rooms opening onto a terrace. Games room with table football, game consoles. A dedicated “ski return” area with dry shoes and gloves.
A relaxation area with its vast sauna, its outdoor jacuzzi and its dedicated shower room.

At the intermediate level, a large living room opening onto a spacious partly covered terrace.
The latter is composed:
- a fully equipped kitchen (piano with 5 cooking zones and 3 ovens, American fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, raclette machines, fondues, waffles, etc.);
- a cozy living room with fireplace, television and corner sofa;
- a dining room with a raw wood table, benches and dresser;
- a pool table.

Upstairs are two large family rooms with balconies overlooking the mountains and the lake, and for each one, a double bed and two alcove beds. One bedroom with double bed. A bathroom with shower and large bathtub.

All bedrooms have all the storage necessary for your installation. All rooms have a TV, except family rooms.

Private access with parking for 5 cars.

To improve your stay, as you wish, we are able to offer you additional services:
- Breakfasts delivered to your door;
- The services of a caterer of choice for your lunches and dinners delivered directly to the chalet;
- Concierge services adapted to your requests (provision of ski equipment; preparation of ski passes; races before your arrival, etc.)
- Massages at home.

The cleaning package includes the beds made on arrival as well as the provision of terry towels, bath sheets and bathrobes.
