SECOND BATHROOM: Located in the living space of the unit.
SLEEPER SOFA: Located in the Living Room of the Unit.
FULL KITCHEN: Including Fridge. Dishwasher. MicroWave. Dishes etc.
WASHER DRYER: Located in the unit.
POOL: BBQ: FIRE PIT: Access to all guests. Located on the roof of the complex.
INTERNET: Available in room for a nominal fee.
RESTAURANT: NO RESTAURANT services on site. You are within walking distance to eating places.

PARKING: On site Garage Parking. There is a $30 per day parking fee. 24 hours IN/OUT
access.

STATE CAPITOL: 6 Blocks.
PARAMOUNT THEATRE: 4 Blocks.
STATESIDE THEATRE: 4 Blocks.
STEPHEN F's BAR & TERRACE: 4 Blocks.
Many Venues on 6th Street. 2 Blocks.
GUEST LIMIT: 6 total. Enforced.

You may not need a Rental Vehicle if you are not leaving the basic SXSW Venue.
UBER or similar forms of transportation are recommended for Venues located further than walking distance.
GUESTS may be required to register a Credit Card with the Resort.
Additional room taxes will be the responsibility of the GUESTS.
