The accommodation has its own entrance accessed via an external staircase.
There is a first bedroom with a double bed (140 cm),
a second bedroom with 1 – 3 single beds (90 cm) or baby cots,
a bathroom with toilet, sink, heated towel rail and shower cabin,
a living room with sofa, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen area
and a large private terrace with outdoor furniture and views of the pool and garden below.
The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning: just as pleasant in winter as in summer – and the internet is accessible free of charge by WIFI (fiber optic + repeaters).
(The owners also live on site, but in their own house: they are available if needed – yat always remain as discreet as possible!)
