Luana 10B is a ground level beautifully designed and fully furnished villa in the new Luana subdivision of the Honua Kai Resort with 2047 sf of indoor living space. The large lanai provides gorgeous outdoor space for relaxation.
Spacious living room, large and efficient gourmet kitchen which is fully stocked.
Brand New!! 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. 3 zone air conditioning system.
The large lanai is equipped with an outdoor kitchen/BBQ, refrigerator and plenty of space for lounging and outdoor dinning. The residence also includes a private garage. and ensuite full size washer and dryer.
Resort amenities include several swimmig pools, hot tubs, waterfalls and children's shallow pool. 24 hour fitness center, Duke's Beach House Restaurant, Aina Gourmet Market, Whaler's General Store and Ho'ola Spa are all on site.

TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 18.712%. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation (Subject to change).

Any cancellations made within the 60-day period may result in forfeiture of all monies paid. Owners will make every attempt to re-book the property. Should owner succeed in re-booking any portion of the reserved dates, we'll be glad to refund any pro-rata share, less 30% cancellation Fee. If there were fees paid for payment processing, it will be deducted from the total***

Guests have access to all the Honua Kai Resort amenities subject to availability.

$15.00+tax/day for parking for a second car. Maximum 2 parking spaces/condo.

Stays 14 nights or longer will require a linen exchange service of $190.00 + Hawaii taxes, paid by the guest.


Bed in the third bedroom can be converted to two twins beds upon request. Cleaners charge $50.00 plus Hawaii taxes for this service.

This was a gorgeous villa in Maui. We loved the space provided for three couples. Each couple had very comfortable rooms with their own bathrooms. The property is lovely and well appointed. This was the perfect spot to enjoy a week in Hawaii.

Wonderful place for family vacation!

Beautiful resort and accommodations. Everything close! Loved Dukes right on property for breakfast/lunch. Beach supplies in garage were wonderful! Very quiet location and beds super comfortable. 3 bedrooms with 3 baths perfect for our family with young adult children.

It was nice to have the ground floor unit because the surrounding grounds were an extension of the lanai. Easy walk to the beach and other amenities in the resort.

The villa was gorgeous as described! It was perfect for a family of 6 adults and a child, and having 3 bathrooms is a blessing when trying to get everyone out the door. The lanai was perfect to sit and relax in the quiet morning with our coffee. We loved all the amenities the resort had to offer. We especially loved the villa pool when the resort pools were super crowded on Thanksgiving and no lounge chairs were available. It was way more chill and had seating available. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything you could need during your stay. We cooked most meals and even some of Thanksgiving dinner. The owner communicated promptly when we were having trouble with the air conditioner, which ended up being nice and strong. The wifi was also great for streaming. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!Note: this is not directed to the villa owner, but guests should be aware that resort security does a poor job of enforcing the no-chair-saving policy at the pool. Unfortunately this seems to have become an issue at most resorts and cruise ships.

Beautiful Maui Stay

This home was stunning and so perfect for our group! We were three couples traveling together and this place accommodated us all perfectly. We loved the smaller pool right behind the home and the walk to the beach was short and easy. We would love to stay here again on our next Maui adventure!

Good fun for everyone from grandparents to grandkids

Wonderfully situated with easy access to resort water park, beach with great snorkeling, restaurants, and grocery stores. Beach chairs and umbrella in garage were appreciated as was the barbecue grill on the lanai. Living room tv with easy HDMI access for laptop streaming services was a plus.

Lovely 3-bedroom Unit!

This Unit is beautiful! It has everything you would need, or want, for a perfect stay on Island. The communication with the owner was always quick, and appreciated. We had one small issue with a broken lower cabinet door that appeared to have been propped into place prior to arrival, but otherwise the Unit and our experience was terrific.

Maui Covid holiday

Great location for teenagers can roam the resort and Kanapali Beach. The condo was very nice and well appointed. Very clean. Lanai was paradise. Pool right outside with loud waterfall feature which provides good white noise for the road nearby as well as other condo occupants.

Spacious floorplan for a large family. Beautiful resort close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. We loved it being on the ground level. Loved the outdoor patio and kitchen! Great weather Enjoyed having the beach toys and beach chairs. Very clean and accommodating kitchen minus the coffee maker (the replacement pot doesn’t fit and wouldn’t brew). Overall, we loved staying in the Villa. Thank you for having us and allowing us to have these cherished memories with our family at this beautiful home.

Wonderful Stay!

Great location - close by to food, pools, beach, lots of fun :) the home itself is a great size and well appointed ! Beautiful home- decorated nicely and organized well. Really comfortable for our family- Granny had one side of the house with the master. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the home with their own restrooms. Though the home is really close to the pool, it is not noisy. It was very convenient for my toddler and young child to be so close to the pool. I loved how dark the shades made the room too- very comfortable sleeping! The kitchen was really nice. We cooked a number of meals comfortably. We especially loved the lanai and hanging outside, having meals with the lovely weather :) the beach toys were perfect ! The only thing to give people an heads up is that there are a lot of rules to follow for this home. It might not be for everyone. We travel in a lot of vacation rentals (probably the 4th one for us just this year) and it’s the longest list of rules. It was fine for us, but something that might not work for others. Overall, I highly recommend this home though! Great for our family with a toddler, young child, and three adults!

Spacious and Relaxing Stay!

The villa was perfect for our family. Very spacious, bright and well maintained. Being able to open the whole living area up to the lanai was awesome. The layout of the unit also worked really well for our group which was 2 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents. The location felt slightly more secluded than some of the other units we walked past and had a nice flat area of grass right off the lanai for the kids to play on. We spent each morning lounging on the comfortable outdoor furniture sipping our lattes from the cafe/market at the resort. The walk to the main resort pools, beach, market, etc. was 5-10 minutes (depending on how much stuff and how many slow children you have). There’s a supermarket and food truck park within walking distance as well. Overall wonderful experience and would love to stay here again.

Great stay

Everything was fantastic except the grill... Poorly designed model doesnt let fat escape the burners and smokes heavily above low setting. Beautiful view from the lanai. Exceptionally equipped unit and beautiful property.

Maui family vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at 10B. It was a luxury accommodation and very comfortable. It looks even better than the pictures, we were so happy. The host was responsive and helped make our check in and check out experience easy. Kitchen well stocked with anything you could need to cook at home should you wish. Three king beds and separate bathrooms for each couple on a family trip, which is important. We loved that we could easily walk to the grocery, the beach, the food truck park, the gym on the resort. This villa is located in an amazing part of Maui. Easy drives about 10 minutes each direction will get you to shopping, restaurants, cliff hikes, etc. We will for sure be back.

All around great place to stay!

Luana 10B was a fantastic place to stay for my husband & I, our 3 college kids, and my mother. Absolutely stunning, beautiful condo in a very nice location in the Honua Kai...steps from a pool and very short walk to everything else, including the beach. We appreciated the garage (& the beach supplies in it!) and the kitchen stocked with all of the kitchenware we needed to make some great meals. Very close to walk to the local grocery store and a nightly food truck park. We love having. a ground floor place because you get that little extra space with the grassy area too!
