On a side of the garden the owner's house, who will be a discreet and certain presence for any information or need. Breakage deposit Euro 500 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.

Heating Euro 2 per m3 (if used).
Pets allowed on payment of Euro 5 each per day (small size only).
Air conditioning Euro 0,70 per kwh (if used).
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.

It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
