You can't get closer to the sea! With the sun, clouds or rain it is a unique experience to have the sea before your eyes. Located in a privileged area on the Bouillabaisse beach in the Gulf of Saint Tropez, this delightful villa is characterized by a wonderful view and direct access to the sea. Eco del mare is surrounded by a large garden and offers comfortable spaces to spend time with friends and family: private beach, sun beds, shower, BBQ, covered and uncovered panoramic deck, dining table for your lunches and dinners, relaxation corners ..
Distributed on one level, the living area with double-sided fireplace, the veranda dining room and the modern kitchen with wine cellar and ice maker, overlook a large area of sand equipped with sun loungers. Go down two steps you will be on your private sandy beach! A small service bathroom for you and your guests is available in the living area.
The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with King size bed, Smart TV, private bathroom with shower both with sea view and direct access to the deck, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom also with King size bed always has a private bathroom with shower, walk-in closet and TV. A third cozy bedroom with sea view, with Queen size bed and private bathroom with shower, is located in the garden with independent access.
The terrace that opens onto the panorama, where you can admire beautiful sunsets and the amazing yachts in the harbor, is equipped with a dining table where you can have lunch and dinner with an unsurpassed view.
The interiors are bright, fresh and tastefully decorated. The whole villa is equipped with air conditioning, Wifi, Sat TV in every room and private internal car park.
You will have the feeling of being on a yacht but only 10 minutes walk from the center of Saint Tropez and even closer to everything you can need.

Was the perfect beach house close enough to town to bike or walk.

This property was the perfect location. We walked to town or biked every day or went next door to beach club for lunch. My children really enjoyed this place.

2. Stay in Paradise

We were lucky to come back to Eco del Mare and once again had a wonderful stay. With Saint Tropez being much more crowded than during our last visit, it was even more valuable to be able to walk into the City Centre. And that bikes are now provided was a nice surprise!

Spectacular property

The house is right on the water with stunning views. It is beautifully equipped with the finest of everything. It has a separate guest house. Our only concern was accessing the gate while maneuvering fast traffic on the main road. We were able to adjust to that within a day, but it was tricky at first. The house is close to town. Lovely in all ways.

Simply wonderful

The location of the villa is perfect, it is very nicely decorated and furnished. The sea in front of the villa is very calm and our 7 year old twins enjoyed swimming there a lot. It was wonderful to have a private beach, especially in these times... Vania, the owner was a pleasure to work with. Very good communication before, during and after our stay. She even reached out to us before our stay to offer a more flexible cancellation policy because of Covid. We were very happy that we were able to travel in the end! Hoping to return soon!

Best vacation ever

We knew that a breathtaking location would await us, but when the front door opened, we walked in and saw the blue water of the bay through the back patio door, we were simply speechless! It was just magnificent and it stayed that way the entire time. We enjoyed and loved the private beach right in the backyard, to go swimming whenever we wanted or just sit and watch the boats. Many evenings we stayed at the villa, because it was so beautiful to watch the sun go down. The booking itself was very easy, Vania answered all of our questions and even contacted us during our stay to make sure everything was okay. The villa was immaculate, very clean and stylishly furnished, the beds very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and baths. To make it short, everything we needed was there. Also, we did enjoy the surrounding area of the villa very much. The walk downtown was short and you could find some good restaurants closeby. We had such a wonderful time, and we hope Vania welcomes us back again next year!

Perfect location, Perfect view, Perfect property, Perfect host

We considered several options and were so happy we decided to stay here for our end of year trip. Vania and Rabia made sure the home was clean with every detail ready for our stay. Because it was over the holidays we wanted a place we would enjoy on Christmas and Sundays when many things would be shut down with a view - the VIEW just sitting and watching the water with a glass of wine was so peaceful and wonderful. The guesthouse was just what we needed for the friends that joined us.Most days we walked up the road a short bit to Gustaveur for fresh bread and pastry each morning. The house is also perfect to walk into St. Tropez and save the hassle of traffic whether getting groceries or enjoying one of the many places for dinner.To us, what makes hosts stand out is when there are issues. In our case it was the weather which cannot be helped. The beginning of our trip had a multi day wind storm that drove the sea water onto the house. As a result the windows were covered in salt and the view wasn't pristine. But what can be done - one cannot control the weather. In fact on our second night they had 100 kph gusts. But Vania graciously arranged to have the windows cleaned as soon as the storm was over so we fully enjoy the amazing view and were further impressed with her efforts to ensure our stay was comfortable.If you are weighing a couple of options, you won't regret this home that was the perfect ending to our year.

Great place to stay with kids!

We were looking for a place for a family reunion and needed something that will be a fit for three generations, including 18 months old baby. I highly recommend this villa to families with children!!! You step out of you master bedroom, kitchen or living room and you are on your private beach! Adults were enjoying morning coffee while kids were already swimming/playing in the sand and we could see kids from the kitchen. Baby took naps in the bedroom while we were sunbathing on the beach and we were able to hear him when he woke up. This place setting will allow parents to relax even with kids. There is a guest house standing separately from the main house, which allowed more privacy to my parents who lived in it (the guest house has a/c, mini fridge, bathroom with shower; very convenient! We would definitely love to stay here again if we are in France (our families live in Russia and US). As improvements for next year, I suggest blackout blinds in the guest house, as it gets lots of morning light. Also, main bathroom/shower will benefit from the glass door, as the water splashes on the wall, which makes the paint peel. For those who have sensitive feet - bring your water shoes, there are some rocks in the water if you enter it right next to the steps from the villa. Overall, this was one of the best places we stayed for our family vacation. It was all what we expected after reading about it on-line and looking at pictures. I am glad we rented right on the beach, it is definitely worth extra money. Vania is a wonderful host and replied to all our questions and requests very fast. Thanks for the great time! Yulia A hint for families who might need to accommodate more than 7 people - there is an apartment complex across the road. Our extended family rented an apartment there and came over for beach fun during the day.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit privatem Sandstrand und einem phantastischen Blick auf Meer und Hügel

Wir haben in diesem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus einen wunderschönen Strandurlaub mit unserem Golden Retriever und zeitweise einem befreundeten Paar verbracht. Vania reagiert sehr schnell und unkompliziert auf Nachfragen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt - auch wenn die Hauptstraße von/nach Saint-Tropez sehr nah und damit auch teilweise sehr laut direkt am Haus vorbeiführt. Wir können das Haus empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder...

Magnifique emplacement au bord de l’eau

Villa aménagée de bon goût avec plage privée . Il est à noter que la maison ne comporte que 2 chambres et que la troisième est sur le parking au bord de lla route bruyante . A l”arrivée nous avons eu quelques soucis : bbq , airco , feu ouvert ne fonctionnaient pas . Il me semble qu’un contrôle devrait être fait en début de saison .

Superbe emplacement

Béatrice nous a très bien accueilli et nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite chez nous. Si l'emplacement est tout à fait hors du commun, la maison est décorée avec goût sur le thème du poisson qui s'invite dans toutes les pièces...... un salon confortable, une cuisine fonctionnelle et des chambres et salles de bain 4 étoiles. Le tout avec vue sur le golfe de Saint Tropez, quoi demander de plus?

great property, but Vrbo customer service is as bad as it gets

The place was gre4at and the host was great. however, Vrbo never adjusted the service fees when we reduced our length of stay, ripping us by over 100 euros.. I will not rent via vrbo again!@ Their customer service is simply BAD~!
