This spacious 2nd floor 3 bedroom and 3 bath oceanfront unit will easily accommodate a family of 8 with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 Twins in the 3rd bedroom and 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room.

Relax and enjoy your beautiful view from the large oceanfront balcony off of both the living room and master bedroom, you also have the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen for when you want to eat a meal in. This condo is also equipped with 4 TV's, 2 DVD's, a private washer and dryer and a jacuzzi tub and separate shower in the master bath.

Beach Club III is located in the popular Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach which makes it convenient to enjoy all the nearby shopping, restaurant's and family activities. The on-site amenities include a outdoor covered pool that is heated April thru October, oceanfront sundeck, outside showers, elevators, over-flow parking and free Wi-fi.

Everything was just great! Kitchen and appliances , and all accessories were conveniently available. Condo was clean and very accessible to beach, restaurants and just everything that one needs on vacation. We needed to use washer and dryer and no issues in doing so. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in all aspects.

Great location but ...

Location was excellent, quiet with great views of ocean. Condo definitely needs updating. On arrival no paper products or soaps had been provided as advertised but after a call some was delivered. We enjoyed our stay.

Parents vacation

My siblings and I brought our elderly parents to NMB and the condo was great. Very close to the beach, great views and comfortable beds.

Beautiful and relaxing

This property was in the perfect location for our family vacation. There were a couple things that needed attention upon arrival but the agency was already aware of the issues because of the property inspector and they were prompt in fixing them. We all felt extremely comfortable throughout our entire stay and would stay here again if we make our way back to Myrtle Beach.

overall very nice stay

location was perfect. view was very good. condo could have been a little updated, pool was good. needs a hot tub. parking not easy with a truck. carpet was stained. beach is fantastic. overall a great time. my family and i enjoyed it very much.. will definetly be back!!everything with north beach realty was excellant!!thanks for everything..

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view

We were on the 2nd floor and it was beautiful. The balcony was large enough for everyone to stand and view the ocean. The area is quiet and family friendly. The pool is covered above and we were still swimming while the summer showers were coming down. The walk to the beach is short and they have a hard improved pathway leading out to the beach. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space to enjoy each other’s company. We would definitely choose this condo again.

Good getaway

This place was just as advised. Beautiful view of the beach. There was plenty of room for my family with 2 infants. The parking garage across the road had plenty of room. The place was pretty clean but the floor was still pretty dirty and there was quite a bit of dust. Overall though it was really nice and I wouldn't be afraid to stay here again.

Great place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This in a a great location. The elevator is centrally located. Parking was a little tight but plenty of overflow spaces. Only thing that went poorly was as we were packing the car to leave, the sprinklers started spraying and got us and our luggage all wet. There were no signs posted that there were sprinklers. That was a bummer to have to ride home in wet clothes! Other than that incident, the stay was great.

Everything was great in the condo except two items, The master bedroom Bed is an old air bed, and extremely uncomfortable. The water heater temperature needs to be adjusted to standard 120 deg. Condo was perfect for our family

The location of the property was perfect! Loved the view from large balcony. It was a quick trip to either the beach or pool! Really appreciated the pool was covered for the day it rained during our stay. One of the bedrooms/bathrooms was a tad on the cramped side, but it fit our needs for sleeping. There were plenty of dishware and seating for meals. The parking was a bit tight for large vehicles, I witnessed a few cars hit the pillars of the parking deck. Only big complaint was some of the neighbors did smoke frequently off the balconies and the people to our right kept firing off airsoft guns from their balcony.

Perfect location, but...

The overall property is well maintained. Love the location to the beach . Kitchen is well stocked with appliances. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. However, the unit itself was not as clean and I would have expected. The mirrors were streaked, there were cobwebs in the corner of the bedrooms. The floors look new, but were a little gritty. The furniture needs to be upgraded, it is a little grungy.

Windy Hill getaway

Rooms were nice. The cleaning could be better. There was sand all over the floor in the bathroom which had a queen sized bed. As soon as I walked into the condo I could see sand along the left of the hallway. The glass tops on the tables looked like they had never been cleaned. One day the 3 females in our party went out to eat and the 1 male with us decided to stay behind. When we came back he had swept the floors and cleaned as much as he could.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was good but this condo needed some work. We had to call on getting the tv’s to work and curtains were torn, light bulbs needed to be replaced, light fixtures in the kitchen needed to be replaced, the kitchen floor had duct tape in a spot, ceiling needed dusting, the front door was needed to be fixed to open better and the sliding glass doors were hard to get open. When Gabriel came to fix the tvs we told him about all the problems. He took pictures of everything and said they would be fixed. The decor needs to be changed too, it’s old and dirty. Plus the King size mattress needs to be replaced also. It has a big dip in it. Not comfortable to sleep on. This condo does have a nice view of the beach. When it gets a repo it would be beautiful. I would recommend this condo but not until it gets fixed.

Disappointed

We were extremely saddened because it was listed as having a heated pool from April to October …we were booked for six weeks and when we left on April 20th, the pool still wasn’t open! You couldn’t even lay in the loungers by the pool. We were three adults in our 70’s and looked forward to be able to exercise our broken bodies! The kitchen was well supplied, new floors were wonderful, location awesome, however, the furniture was nasty filthy and broken down, beds very uncomfortable as well, windows and shades were dirty, and the ceiling fans and vents were dirty too.

We enjoyed our stay; no major complaints

Reviewer Comments: Pros:Location: right on the beach, easy access to the beachFloor plan: very comfortable living for our crew of 7, and could have easily fit two others on the sofa pullout bedCheck In/out: very easy and fastBalcony: very big, 4 seatsCons: Maintenance - maintenance was happening in the parking area below the building the whole time, so we had to park at the overflow lot across/down the street which is a hassle with four small kidsMaintenance - the pool was closed for maintenance every day that we were there except one which was a huge bummer for my kids who had looked forward to that (and you get no heads up, warning, time expected to be closed, etc.)Laundry - the washer and dryer are VERY old. It took just under three hours to dry one load of normal washing (bathing suits, daily clothing)TV - we never did figure out how to work the TV cable and the VCR (again, OLD) wouldn’t work eitherThe towel rack in one of the bathrooms was pulled out of the wall - not a problem for us but I am just always afraid they’ll think we done that and I feel that those things should be repaired timely for the next guestsOverall: we didn’t cook in the condo, so I’m not sure about what items are available. We enjoyed our stay and have no major complaints. Giving one star on the maintenance question because of the parking and pool.
