Composition of our 70m² house:

The ground floor consists of a living room with its cocooning space to relax in front of an aperitif or its television, a WC area, a laundry room, and a bright custom-made kitchen, entirely equipped (induction hob, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave oven and all the essential equipment for cooking), overlooking a first terrace covered by an arbor offering a view of the roofs of "La Coste".
Upstairs you can perceive a very large bedroom and appreciate an old exposed stone vault, a bathroom with walk-in shower, an office area; you can also discover a second terrace to enjoy your sunny breakfasts or a place to bask in the sun. (not overlooked)
