We are pleased to welcome you to our charming house of 130m² located in the heart of the historic center of Talmont St Hilaire, with a breathtaking view of the Château de Richard Coeur de Lion and only 10km from Les Sables d'Olonne. History lovers or simply holidaymakers looking for a stay that rhymes with relaxation, shared pleasures with family or friends, then you can not go wrong by stopping here. Our house has a 35m² lounge / living room, a separate 20m² kitchen for good family meals, a 12m² bedroom with access to sanitary facilities / shower; upstairs, a 1st level with sanitary facilities then 2nd level which serves a beautiful 8m² bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, a laundry area (washing machine and dryer hidden cupboard + storage space), then 3 bedrooms of 9 m², 10m² and 10m².
Located 2 min. walk to local shops (bakery, tobacco, press, market, restaurants ...), the Chateau de Talmont and its Escape Game, the equipped lake (games for children, fitness trail for sports enthusiasts, canoe trip start on the Payré (in high season)), the bus stop / direction Veillon beach (free shuttle every day in July / August), cycle paths, 5 minutes by car: the oyster farm of Guittière , the park "Labyrinthe en Délire", Port Bourgenay and only 15 minutes by car from Les Sables d'Olonne ...
