These are large 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom holiday lodges, on this resort, well equipped with everything you could need.
Huge open plan living space with well equipped kitchen, large lounge area with LCD tv, freeview, 3 large comfortable sofas.

One of the double bedrooms is downstairs, off the living space. This is perfect is you have guests that struggle with stairs --- there is a shower room / wc just next to this bedroom. Please note that all doors are standard width.

UPSTAIRS --- there are 3 more bedrooms and family bathroom.
MASTER BEDROOM --- with Double bed with bedside drawers, wardrobe space, bedside lighting, this has ensuite shower room, and juliette balcony overlooking the communal gardens.
TWIN BEDROOM --- with bedside drawers, bedside lighting, wardrobe space.
DOUBLE BEDROOM --- with bedside drawers, bedside lighting, wardrobe space.

Please note --- We have 2 of these spacious properties have 4 bedrooms, with all beds made up for 8 guests ..... Both properties are identical with the same layout and floor plan.

Please be aware : We offer amazing prices for this large Spacious Comfortable house in Cornwall. Guests will not have access to the Swimming Pool or Gym at all here. This enables us to offer amazing value for this wonderful base in Cornwall.

There are so many other amazing Pools etc nearby.

Please be aware that the house is all set up for 8 guests, with 8 dining chairs etc, although we do leave plenty of cups plates etc.

We really have tried to think of everything for your holiday here. These properties have well equipped kitchen with everything you could need.

Bedding is provided for 8 guests -- but please bring your own towels. Our prices are for 8 guests
We do occasionally allow guests to bring an extra child if needed -- as long as they are happy to bring a little camp bed or similar for the youngest child. We do have to give details of all guests staying -- to Reception.

PLEASE NOTE : This house can not be used as a party house. Guests are not allowed to bring extra guests to the property, either to visit or stay over. Only booked guests are allowed at the house or resort at all. Please do not abuse this.
The resort are very strict about this.

We leave lots of information at the property ---- to help you with ideas for days out etc, local restaurants etc.

We are a family business ---- it is very important to us that you have a wonderful holiday experience. We always ensure that our properties are well maintained and beautifully presented for you, with all beds made up for 8 guests.
This property ideally sleeps 8 guests with all beds made up for 8.
PLEASE NOTE -- if guests do wish to bring an extra child, they can bring a camp bed or similar and bedding for this We do need to tell the resort number of guests etc. So please contact us about this.

This fantastic resort is well located ---- with easy access to the A30. Close to Newquay and close to the Eden Project.
We have 3 children ourselves, they love visiting this resort, your children will love it here aswell !

PLEASE NOTE -- during the busy school holidays, we can only accept bookings for 1 week or 2 weeks, or sometimes short breaks.

We can sometimes provide travel cot if required -- for a small fee. Guests must request this when booking, if needed.
Please note -- we can not accept bookings for groups of young guests/ teenagers.

We can accept a booking for 1 small dog at certain times -- please contact us before booking if you wish to bring a dog, as this is not always allowed for certain properties .... there is a a small charge for a dog as extra vacuuming + cleaning is required, as other guests may have allergies. Please let us know before booking if you do wish to bring a dog. Conditions apply so this is very important to contact us.
THERE ARE CERTAIN TIMES WHEN DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED --- and conditions apply. Because we have had problems in the past ....... If you do not mention before booking that you are bringing a dog --- then we will presume that you are not bringing a dog ....... and you may be staying in a property that does not permit dogs ........ and access will have to be denied. So it is very important to mention this before booking.
