Pet friendly 2 bed house in Pleneuf Val Andre

Bryzel is a pet friendly, private two bedroomed house that adjoins the owners property. Constructed in stone and granite and renovated in 2015 now provides 66m² of accommodation that sleeps 4 people. It is situated in Pleneuf Val Andre in the Cotes d’armor on the North Brittany coast in a countryside hamlet about 1 km from the centre of Pleneuf and around 2 km from the nearest beach.

On the ground floor there is a utility room with a toilet, lounge area and fitted kitchen. Upstairs there is a shower room and two good sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. A good sized south-facing garden is at the front of the house solely for your use.

The lounge has a 3 seater sofa and 2 armchairs, TV/DVD. A selection of games and DVD's are available to borrow. The fully equipped kitchen has a table and chairs for 4 people, gas cooker, fridge with an ice box, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher. The Utility room houses the dishwasher together with the iron, ironing board, fire blanket and clothes airer.

Upstairs In the double bedroom there is a 140cm wide bed with 2 bedside tables and lights, a triple wardrobe with full length mirror and a hair dryer. The twin bedroom has two Italian 90cm wide beds suitable for adults as well as children. There is a bedside table, 2 bedside lights, love seat, chair, double wardrobe and hair dryer. The shower room has a 90cm x 90cm shower cubicle, toilet, wash hand basin, mirror, cabinet, two lights and shaver/hair dryer point.

Outside there is a private south facing garden fully enclosed and secure for children and animals. There are tables, chairs, parasol, deck chairs and BBQ.
You can park just opposite the house. There are some garden games.
