This house is ideal for family or friends' holidays, in the immediate vicinity of the beaches and the bustle of the town centre.



The villa offers comfortable and well-arranged living spaces. From the entrance, you discover a welcoming lounge-dining room, furnished with a sofa, armchairs, television and a dining area with table and chairs, perfect for sharing good times after a day at the beach. The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals independently thanks to complete equipment and plenty of storage space.



On the ground floor, a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and storage offers comfortable sleeping accommodation, complemented by a bathroom with shower and sink as well as independent WC.

On the upper floor, the sleeping area consists of three additional bedrooms, two of which have double beds and storage, and one bedroom equipped with two single beds, ideal for children. A bathroom with bathtub, sink, WC and washing machine completes this floor.



Outside, the villa has a terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals. The fully enclosed garden offers a pleasant and secure space for children. For family comfort, a cot and high chair are provided, and WIFI connection is included.
