The beach is right on your doorstep and accessible from the terrace via a small private path.

With a floor area of 75 m², the flat can accommodate up to 7 people and is laid out as follows:
- Living area: TV lounge with a large corner sofa, dining table, open-plan fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, hob, fridge)
- Bedroom 1: 3 single beds (90), ideal for children
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed (160x190)
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140x190)
- Separate shower room and toilet

For babies: A high chair and travel cot are available on request.
Facilities: Iron and ironing board (on request)

Outdoors:
- Furnished terrace with a heated jacuzzi, a dining table for your meals and drinks, and a spa area to relax in after a day of sightseeing.

In the residential complex:
- Access to the communal indoor swimming pool, heated all year round, and its terrace with sea views.
- Access to the beach via a small private path equipped with an outdoor shower.

Transport:
If you choose to travel by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park, which can accommodate up to one vehicle.

- Bed linen, towels and beach towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- Pets are permitted, subject to a surcharge of €20 per stay (only one pet allowed); please specify this when booking.
- Since August 2026, the property has been managed by a new concierge service.
