Maine Dream Cottage

The Maine Dream Cottage is our extremely well maintained and renovated family cottage located in the Granite Point neighborhood just between Goose Rocks Beach and Biddeford Pool. This incredible water view location has an unobstructed view of the Atlantic and quick access to multiple beaches plus local stores, shops & restaurants. The charming quiet neighborhood allows you to stroll or bike down the cottage road and take advantage of the large lawns, landscaping, multiple beaches. Plus kayaking and hiking trails in the Timber Point nature preserve. The the cottage has a wonderfully landscaped yard with an outdoor shower, fire-pit, Adirondack chairs, hammock, rocking chairs and parking for 2 cars. Here is some more information about the cottage:
The primary living space of the cottage is on the second story allowing you to take advantage of the great views of the ocean and large deck. The deck contains a teak dining table for 6, gas grill, outdoor speakers and two chaise lounges.
Downstairs are two primary bedrooms with queen beds, plus a set of bunkbeds. All bedrooms have been renovated with new Maine Cottage style furniture and Westin Heavenly mattresses. The kitchen has been renovated with new appliances and everything you need. All furniture has been replaced in just the last few seasons to provide a renovated feel to an authentic Maine cottage, featuring many items from LL Bean, Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware. The bathroom has also been renovated with new furniture and fixtures from Pottery Barn. The cottage contains all of the comforts of home so that you can enjoy your stay. Even a beach wagon with beach chairs and kids toys. The cottage has wireless Internet and 3 smart TV's, plus a desk for working remotely. Come fall in love with our very special place.
