Luxury Ski Chalet in the Swiss Alps

A charming stand-alone chalet located in the sunny area of Saas Fee. Built from wood with great views up the mountain and down the valley.

This cosy chalet is split in three levels. The ground floor accommodates the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi and garden access. The mid entrance level encompasses 2 bedrooms, bathroom and rap around balcony while the third floor has an open plan living, dining and kitchen, fireplace, spacious sunny balcony and traditional wooden roof. This configuration is ideal for families or friends travelling together. Large panoramic windows offer bright sun drenched views.

The living room is furnished with Swiss handmade furniture of the highest standard. The large open plan living area features a real log fire place, vast picture windows and a delightfully sunny terrace. Lounge on the comfortable leather sofas and take in a film on the tv with cable.

Two of the bedrooms have access to south facing balconies, perfect for enjoying the fabulous views or to soak up the rays. The master bedroom enjoys the luxury of an ensuite bathroom complete with Jacuzzi bath, an ideal place to relax after a busy day on the slopes.


Whilst the chalet offers a perfect haven from the buzz of the resort, the center of Saas Fee is only a short very beautiful walk away that is mainly flat. This makes the Chalet an ideal location to access the slopes and enjoy the wonderful restaurants and bars (more then 60). If you don’t feel like walking there are 2 free small electric busses and 2 electric trains an hour from just outside the chalet (50 meters), one approximately every 15 minutes. In addition behind the chalet is a homely swiss restaurant and bar


Saas-Fee is the highest village in the alps virtually guaranteeing good snow. It is also one of the most beautiful. In addition there is lots of excellent restaurants and a active Apres secen with 60 bars and 3 night clubs for those who still have energy after a days skiing. Sass-Fee is the most traditional swiss mountain village imaginable

Perfect chalet for Saas Fee

This is a beautiful chalet in a great part of the village. Super close to everything you need and the inside is very comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here

Perfect!

This chalet was beautiful, extremely well equipped and spotless on arrival. The contact from the owner and local property manager was welcomed and really helpful. I cannot recommend this chalet enough (and I'm fussy!). Fabulous local restaurant very close to the chalet and a lovely walk into the town for everything else you might want.

Excellent family retreat

We found everything we needed for our family week away from home. A comfortable and cozy chalet with a view of the mountains and birds singing to accompany your morning cup of coffee on the balcony. In the evening, we enjoyed hot chocolate and the warmth of the fireplace after a day of either skiing or snowshoeing. Walking sistance to good dining and cozy bars. Everyone in the family is looking forward to going back to this hospitable place.

Stunning Saas-Fee

I think the most important thing to know about this chalet is that the photos do not do the views justice. The incredible feeling of being engulfed by the Alps from every angle made our stay amazing, from waking up in the morning to watching the sun fade at night. Beyond that, it is incredibly convenient (once you’ve made it to Saas-Fee!). A restaurant (Alphutte) is just up the outdoor stairs, right next to the bus/train stop. We actually never ate at the Alphutte (just had drinks) because you do need a reservation there for dinner and we mainly ate out either on the slopes or down in town (I recommend the Capra for ambience, service and wine selection and Pizzeria Boccalino for delicious food and incredible views). On the slopes we had table service at Allalin restaurant (indoors, rotating!) and ate outdoors cafeteria style at Morenia (great views, nice wine and beer). Groceries were easily accessible (we preferred to walk but we have two teenagers to carry things). Intersport was excellent for ski rental (or locker rental for your own skis) and at a perfect location to access the slopes and lifts. The chalet itself was very clean and cozy- small square footage but seemed positively expansive when the balconies and views factored in. The primary bed/bath is large and occupies the ground floor; 2 bedrooms and laundry on the 2nd floor and a lovely den/dining room/open kitchen on the top floor. Spiral staircases. Our family hated to leave this special place!

Silvester in Saas-Fee

Wir haben fünf wunderschöne Tage in dem dafür perfekt geeigneten Chalet verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen gemütlichen Skiurlaub benötigt. Die Aufteilung des Chalets mit den Schlafzimmern im unteren Bereich und dem Wohn- und Essbereich im oberen Stock ist für Familien und Gruppen sehr gut geeignet. An- und Abreise war ohne Probleme möglich, uns wurde sofort mit Elekromobilen geholfen. Wir kommen, wenn möglich gerne wieder.

Great property with fantastic facilities - we had a wonderful time!

The house is a very nice stand-alone home on the outskirts of Saas Fee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Saas fee overall as a family of four with two young children (four and six months!) The space in the house is well proportioned, and the upstairs room is a wonderful family room from which to enjoy the authentic mountain scenery and atmosphere. Just note that you are on the outskirts of Saas Fee here, and while its certainly walkable, it is 15 minutes on foot to the center of Saas Fee and 20 minutes to the lifts. The bus and a mini train are nearby though Overall, a wonderful home and resort!

Magical March

We had a really good time here. Great snow and a super beautiful village. The walk to the lifts is mainly flat and very scenic and there were ski lockers next to the lift. There is also an electric bus from just above the chalet every few minutes but we preferred the walk. The village is stacked with bars and restaurants and the food was of a very high standard. Being located on the Italian boarder the local wine was also fantastic. Just beside the chalet there is a great traditional Swiss food restaurant which was our favorite. The chalet itself is of a very high standard and very traditional – all made out of wood. The master bedroom was large warm and had a nice on-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi. The two other bedrooms were also well presented. The best bit was the living room and kitchen with wood burning fireplace. I really enjoyed the stay and will most likely come back next year. There is also a ton of walking stuff to do when you don’t fancy skiing – the best bit is you can walk down past all the other villages and then get the bus back up the hill! Saas-fee is a picturesque Swiss mountain village like one you would expect to be pictured on a Swiss box of chocolates.

Beautiful modern chalet fully equipped

Great chalet. We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children and it worked perfectly for us. Very clean, modern and fully equipped kitchen. Wonderful views and an amazing wood burner in the living area of the chalet. We would highly recommend this chalet. There is a bus service to the center of town but we mostly walked there and back with no problem. The children did enjoy riding the little train now and again that goes to the center too. Super skiing, bars and restaurants too. Would love to come back here. The owner was friendly and very quick to respond.

Amazing

We absolutely loved staying at Valley View Chalet. The views over the mountains and valley (from all rooms) are just breathtaking. The chalet is really well equipped with everything you need and more (we even found cards and boardgames, PlayStation console and karaoke kit which made our stay indoors more fun) . Great bedroom sizes, good storage place and an outstanding living room space with an extremely charming fireplace. We loved relaxing in the jacuzzi after a hard day on the slopes and being right next to the electric train stop, made our moving around Saas Fee extremely easy. The beds were very comfortable which allowed us to get proper rest at night and the rooms warmed up very quickly and maintained the temperature for long. We had a memorable experience as Saas Fee is an extremely charming skiing resort, CO free, with plenty of little shops (gifts, sport items and groceries) and very tasty restaurants to choose from. We highly recommend this chalet to anyone that wants to have such an experience as ours. Looking forward to coming back next season. Many thanks to everyone involved for their great service.

Very nice chalet in the outskirts of Saas-Fee

Chalet "Valley View" is a lovely place, perfectly suitable for two families. It offers everything you need for a comfortable stay in this lovely summer and winter resort. The service by the local agent is perfect, especially the complete welcome package and the very short waiting time for luggage transport from and to the car park. The chalet's kitchen is very well equipped and the living room is a cosy place to spend the evenings. Saas Fee's center is a 10 to 15 minute walk and the ski lifts are a 15 minute walk. Free electrical busses stop close to the chalet and take you almost anywhere in the village. The communication with the lessor (Dominic) during the booking process and prior to the rental period is very good. I would still like to make some small observations, which should be viewed in the right perspective (we had a great stay!). Firstly, walls and floors are thin and provide little sound insulation. Secondly, we found the cleaning fee quite high as it was clear that the cleaners had been in a hurry. Though the chalet was reasonably clean, these was definitely room for improvement in this respect. Thirdly (and this is related to the high quality of the finishing used in the chalet), the chalet suffers from the rentals. I am curious if the lessor manages to keep the high standard. Despite these small observations, I would HIGHLY recomment this chalet.

Comfortable and cosy chalet in quiet area of Saas-Fee. Lovely views from the entire chalet .

We have enjoyed our stay very much. Very nicely furnished chalet with fireplace, comfortable beds and Jacuzzi bath in master bathroom. Location is quiet but it's a short walking distance to mini train/ski bus stop. There are some restaurants and supermarket very close by. After couple of minutes ride you will reach the main part of village near the slopes and restaurants. Skiing was great, we had very sunny week and kids also enjoyed the ski school. Will definitely try to come again.

Perfect Christmas Location!

We stayed at Valley View over the Christmas period and we had a great stay here. The property owner was very helpful during the booking process and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good stay. We were 2 families with children aged 4-14 and everyone loved it. Our 14 year old daughter said it was the "best Christmas ever"! The location was on the edge of Saas Fee so it was nice and quiet and the views were incredible. The chalet was clean, cosy, comfortable and very well equipped - we made use of the fondue and raclette sets several times during our stay :-) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Valley View chalet to anyone staying in Saas Fee and highly recommend the nearby Alp Hitta restaurant which is just a 5 minute walk from the chalet - we had great food and a very enjoyable evening here. Thank you for a memorable holiday - we hope to visit Saas Fee again and will definitely use the chalet if we get the chance.

Very good

Very nice chalet in a quite place of Saas Fee. Everything inside the chalet is new and the view is fantastic. The owner is very kind and answered to all my questions before my stay I highly recommand this chalet.

Great chalet with fantastic views

We had a lovely skiing holiday in Saas Fee. It is a very picturesque, car free village with great skiing, good restaurants and lively entertainment. Chalet Valley View is located in a quiet area of the village but only one minute walk to the free village electric train which runs through the Main Street of the village directly to the ski slopes. We stored our skis at the ski hire by the slopes so no walking required. The chalet is very charming with panoramic views of the many peaks around. We sat outside in the balcony many nights looking at the stars, just impressive!! It is modernly decorated with a very well appointed and fitted kitchen including fondue and raclette set! The sitting area had a lovely fireplace. Fab bathrooms with strong water pressure in the showers and jacuzzi in the main bedroom. The kids had a lovely time playing and sledging outside in the snow. We are coming back soon!

Sehr wertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Chalet !

Wir verbrachten im Januar 2016 mit unseren beiden Kindern eine Woche in diesem ausgesprochen gemütlichen Chalet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Einrichtung ist sehr wertig und geschmackvoll. Das Chalet verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett im Erdgeschoss und ein weiteres, größeres Elternschlafzimmer im Souterrain, in dem Notfalls noch zwei weitere Personen übernachten könnten. Der Wohn- und Essbereich mit Kaminofen ist sicherlich das Highlight des Chalets und befindet sich im obersten Geschoss. Eine herrliche Aussicht auf die Berge gibt es von jedem Stockwerk aus. Das Chalet liegt etwa 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss vom Zentrum entfernt in ruhiger und schöner Lage. Zudem sind öffentliche Busse vorhanden, die 50m vom Chalet entfernt abfahren. Da Saas-Fee autofrei ist, sollte man sich in dieser Hinsicht etwas organisieren. Wir haben beispielsweise am ersten Tag alle nötigen Dinge, wie z.B. auch Kaminholz, eingekauft und mit dem Taxi zum Chalet fahren lassen. Das Chalet wird von einem Hotel verwaltet, das einen wie ein Hotelgast unterstützt. Das Hotel organisierte auch die An- und Abreise, die vollkommen entspannt verliefen. Nicht zuletzt ist auch der Eigentümer ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Ansprechpartner. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für dieses Chalet entscheiden.

I live in Dubai but was lucky enough to grow up in Switzerland. Having skied in SaaS-Fee since I was 8 years old I always dreamed of owning a chalet here. SaaS-Fee is the most beautiful Swiss village bar none. Even better then that the high altitude of the village, 1800m, guarantees snow in the slopes above. There is no skiing on rocks here, even at the start or the end of the season!
