Charming Cottage with: Hot Tub; Deck; Wi-Fi; A/C; BBQ; Firepit; Dock: Pets OK!

Dragonfly Hollow is a quiet getaway with all the comforts of home. Vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, a wood fireplace and wood stove in the main cottage, plus propane fireplaces in the master bedroom, and sunroom.
Our fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas stove, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, farm sink, and all the usual utensils, dishes and cutlery.
The cottage is heated and cooled with heat exchange units, so it's always comfortable.
The large covered deck shelters the BBQ, and leads to the built in hot tub, and Norma's Nook, a private Bunkie with a double bed and 2 piece washroom, all within a fenced yard.
Outside the fence the level lawn stretches the entire 190' of waterfront, with seating and dinning areas, a firepit, and horseshoe pits.
The dock, receives sun from noon until dusk.
We provide 2 kayaks, a canoe, a paddle boat, as well as inner tubes.

A beautiful spot for a relaxing week

Dragonfly Hollow

Just returned from an amazing stay at Gord & Dan’s beautiful cottage. Had a wonderful time! This place is gorgeous, the sound of the river is so peaceful and had so many amenities. Would definitely go back.

Our stay was perfect. Even for a cool October weekend. It was beautiful and relaxing and the river sounds so peaceful. My favourite spot was the fire pit. I was there as much as possible and when it rained I kept warm in the hot tub. Great time will come back soon. When the weather is much warmer.

Property was immaculate, very well organized, cozy and comfortable. The cottage and bunkee were exactly as advertised. The property was well set up for a dog, water was easy for her to navigate in and out and the fenced in area allowed for peace of mind. Directions to the rental and instructions were very well laid out and extremely clear. We had a wonderful stay. Would love to return.

Always a great vacation

Our 5th stay was amazing as always!! The cottage has everything you need and more! We love rafting down the river, playing darts and relaxing on the hammock. The kids love it and are always sad to leave.

Enjoyable

This property has everything you could need and more. The river flows nicely and water is clean and provides a perfect lazy river for floating. The cottage is well stocked and the grounds on the river bank provide many areas for sitting and relaxing, playing games or enjoying the fire. My kids are 17 to 26 and they all enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend.

End of summer getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night, end of summer getaway at Dragonfly hollow. The hosts have thought about every detail which makes this property super comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, including our puppy. We will most definitely recommend and return.

Dragonfly Hollow cottage is a beautiful retreat.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dragonfly Hollow cottage. It was peaceful and beautiful inside and out. The attention to detail was so lovely. Our dog enjoyed the wonderful outdoors so much. We cannot wait to rent Dragonfly Hollow again!

Our 4th visit

We absolutely love this cottage. Our 4th time visiting did not disappoint. Gord and Dan have thought of absolutely everything you would need during your stay and more. The kids love rafting down the river during the day and catching roads/frogs at night. We look forward to visiting again next year.

Wonderful Family Holiday

This was our second time at this cottage and it rates as one of the best places we have been to. The cottage is beautifully decorated and makes you feel right at home. The host is friendly and everything is so well organised. The kids could enjoy fishing, tubing and all of the outdoor games. One of the reasons we love this spot is because it is also very pet friendly. We had a wonderful family holiday.

Perfectly charming!

A beautiful property with character and charm and no detail overlooked. Everything you could want or need was provided in a beautiful, comfortable and welcoming space. We spent our anniversary weekend here and loved every minute of our stay. Gord is a gracious and responsive host. 10/10- no notes!

Really great place. Very clean and well maintained. They’ve thought of everything with extra batteries bulbs anything you could possibly need in a pinch. Lightning killed the power for a short time but the generator kicked in immediately and we didn’t miss a beat. Beautiful cottage with great kitchen, porch and hot tub and great experience and hosts! Thanks Gord and Dan for a wonderful place for the family to unwind.

Dream vacation

Can't say enough about how wonderful your place is. Pictures do not do it justice. All amenities are state of the art with the exception of the classic stereo system (which we love as a stereo buffs) We loved the remote location. Beautiful setting next to the river. A special shout out goes to our chipmunk guests Chip n Dale who we shared our peanuts with! We will definitely book this place again! .

Ah-mazing!

This cottage has EVERYTHING you need and more. I was there with my husband, 7 year old daughter, my bestie, her 6 year old daughter and our 2 dogs. It was very relaxing with nothing to worry about. The girls were never bored, had fun tubing the rapids and catching frogs. Gord and Dan are amazing hosts and know how to make you feel at home. We can't wait to go back again next year!

Perfect Covid getaway

The property was beautiful just as promised. The views from the cottage were awesome, looking out through the trees over the river. Gord was so welcoming and made us feel at home in his home. Even though it was a rather chilly week we stayed cozy inside beside the fireplace. Our dog loved exploring the property, he didn't want to leave. We hope to return. Thanks Gord and Dan !
