Perfect!

Location, golf cart provided, cleanliness, weather, accommodations, rental space, pool right outside the patio, grill, kitchen supplied well! Everything we needed was provided and our stay was Perfect!

Wonderful location

First time to Fripp Island and we will return. Property was great. Perfect access to beach and pools. Quiet and friendly neighbors. And the friendly deer were a fun bonus.

Great Place

We were so impressed with this property! The bathrooms and kitchen were recently renovated and we had a lot of fun! The property managers were easy to communicate with when we had an issue. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking. My only suggestion would be to bring padding for the kitchen table chairs if you plan to spend any time at it. We play a lot of games and the chairs were a bit uncomfortable if using them for a longer period of time, but that was the only issue. Again, the property was fantastic and I will probably book again in the future!

Great location with access to pool & beach, but filthy unit.

We are likely to stay at John Fripp villas again because of the convenience of pool & beach access and proximity to all that Fripp has to offer - restaurants, pools, etc., but in a different villa as this one was filthy. This was the dirtiest VRBO I've ever experienced and was charged for cleaning fee after the stay even though we cleaned the unit ourselves. I would recommend as the property owner was responsive, but be aware of the filth.

Great Spot, Great Host!

Loved the location and the apartment! Definitely coming back to this spot when the family beach house is full!

Just Ok

The interior is dated and the furniture has old faded covers. The beds are very uncomfortable. The AC unit was blowing very wet air and there was mold around the returns. Pest control was working but lots of dead bugs inside. Host was very responsive and informative leading up to our stay and the golf cart was great. Property is just old and dated. Fine if you are not going to be hanging out inside for any length of time.

Thank you staying at my villa. The property was completely gutted to the studs in 2013 adding a 2nd floor bathroom and opening the downstairs floor plan. If the AC was dripping moisture, it was because the thermostat was set so low the water was condensing in the ductwork. The furniture is professionally cleaned every year and then cleaned after every guest. The sun does fade the fabrics but it is very comfortable furniture. The mattresses were replaced in 2017 and sorry that you might be used to a different firmness. Dead bugs are fact of Fripp as the temperature changes and the Palmetto bugs leak warmth inside. This is my first non 5 star review on this property. Most of my guests actually book directly with me and return multiple times of a year. I will write to my repeat guests and solicit their feedback on each of these items.

Great location

We had a wonderful time in Fripp. The property and owner were excellent. Having the pool right out of our back door was great for the kids. We will definitely come back!

Great location

Property has everything you need. Steps to the beach and in the center of everything. Has its own pool which is key because island pools don’t open until 4/1. Club passes not worth purchasing until after 4/1 at the earliest.

Perfect location

The unit was very clean and the property manager was very easily accessible and accommodating. Bathrooms are nice and updated.
