This romantic one bedroom casita has a wonderfully unique floorplan, with an open loft overlooking the ground floor living area. This casita is very spacious, with high ceilings and every amenity right at your fingertips. The open space, the flat screen TV and leather furnishings will be enjoyed by all. There is also a private, wraparound shaded flagstone patio with covered entry.

The house had a fun and unique floor plan, and it was very close to downtown Santa Fe. The only downside I encountered was that the internet was spotty. It did not keep a consistent connection and buffered often.

This Casita met all of our expectations. Easy walking distance to the Plaza or Railyard and easy driving to get out of town to Bandelier. The bed was comfortable and with the fan on to draw the heat down the temperature upstairs was perfect. No complaints at all.

Great visit

Holiday get away. Location of casita very good. We had everything that we needed. The bed was a little soft for my preference but my spouse was good. Television easy to operate. Fireplace was very nice to have.

Perfect location and a relaxed atmosphere

The casita was cute with local atmosphere. The description stated many stairs, which we don't have an issue with, but we would have liked to know that the loft bedroom didn't have a bathroom connected. We had to go down a half flight of stairs to the living room, and up 5 steps to reach the bath - tough in the middle of the night. Also found a bath towel covered with white, probably dog, fur in a no-pet casita.

Santa Fe vacation

Romantic Getaway

We LOVED Casita C! It's very cozy and romantic, and it's in the perfect location! We walked to the plaza and all over downtown. It's also within a short walk of a Sprouts (for groceries) and lots of great restaurants. We will definitely return to this property!

My Valentines gift for my wife

We did an overnight for our valentine's day date. The property was so cute and cozy! We walked to the plaza in the snow, it was super romantic. We absolutely loved the place!

Nice spot!

Convenient location to the plaza, quick pleasant and responsive communication and super clean. Didn’t get to use the outside area because of weather but it looked inviting! Loft is small but cozy and be prepared for stairs.

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect. Description of the property is exact. The process was smooth, receipt of an in-depth email from MaryAnn with directions to the space and access to the key holder to access the Casita, was spot on. The space was perfect for us in every way - the plaza, and all the attractions were minutes away and we felt safe on all our walk-abouts. We used our car very little. Thank you MaryAnn - best wishes!

It was a very cozy little place. Warm upstairs, cold down stairs. Yes, heat rises, so we used room heater downstairs. (dusty) The place needed some updating. Silverware, dishes. Wall in bathroom, was under construction. Not all the lights worked, microwave and living room wall. No salt or pepper.

Santa Fe Visit

My husband and I found Casita C to be the perfect location for our 4-day visit to Santa Fe. We could walk to everything on our to-do list - the Plaza, the Georgia O'Keeffe Museun, the Cathedral of St. Francis, The Loretto Chapel and the fabulous Farmers' Market in the Railroad District. Mary Ann gave us an immediate response to a question that we had. The unit is roomy, comfy, and well-lit with numerous skylights. We also enjoyed having a private patio.

Santa Fe

The property was as advertised and very clean. Well situated near the Plaza but just far enough away from the majority of traffic to be very restful. Once we arrived, we only started our vehicle once during our stay. Parking is a little tight if you have a very large vehicle. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Santa Fe.

Sante Fe Charm

Such a unique, well-appointed and cozy casita within walking distance of everything in historic area if Sante Fe. Beautifully decorated with local art, very comfy bed in the loft and although other casitas are close by, felt private. Mary was very communicative and responsive to ensure I got in ok and was a pleasure to meet her in person as I departed. Will definitely be back! Tip: not suitable for anyone who cannot do stairs relatively easily - there are a few stairs from kitchen and bathroom area to living room and stairs up to bedroom loft. There are railings to help and I had no issues even with a bum knee.

Lovely casita, great host. If stairs are a concern, check out one of the single level casitas in this group. (We knew from the pictures and description that there were stairs but the reality for us older folk made them more of a situation then we expected.)

Delightful casita!

This casita was perfect for my week-long stay in Santa Fe, an easy walk to the square, fantastic restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The casita has wonderful charm and after a week in it I felt like I was "leaving home" when I left!

Hi! My name is Mary Ann and I'm the property manager for Casas de Guadalupe. I began working in the hospitality industry after graduating with a Finance degree from UNM. After 20 years in the industry, my brother in law, Doug and two of his friends had purchased these properties. Doug was living on site and asked me to come and take a look at them. When I came out to Santa Fe to take a look at these casitas, I fell in love with them. 10 darling vacation rentals, all within the same complex, just off the plaza...what sales person could resist!! Come and experience the friendly people, the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops, and best of all the outdoor activities in and around Santa Fe!

Casita C is a romantic, loft style casita. Comfy and cozy it has three level. Lots of stairs, lots of places to hide away! The kitchen is small, but has everything needed to prepare a meal, (or warm up your delicious left overs from your favorite restaurant on the plaza!) The sunk-in living room has a kiva fireplace and a large window, looking onto the outdoor patio. The outdoor patio is enclosed with a coyote fence, perfect for an early morning cup of coffee, or a glass of wine in the evenings.

Parking is easy and steps away from the front door. Walk to the plaza and enjoy all our shops, restaurants, museums and much, much more!

This property is located just off of Guadalupe which is one of the main streets that borders the Plaza. Once you cross Guadalupe, you will see lots of shops, restaurants and museums. Park is a very quiet street just off the beaten path. You can enjoy a day at the plaza, walk back to the casita and enjoy a quiet night on the patio. Or take a little walk to any of the nearby restaurants in the area. If you don’t feel like eating out, there are several grocery stores in the area. The kitchen is fully equipped making it easy to whip up a delicious meal of your very own!
