Traditional stone housing. Surface of 100 m2 with equipped south facing terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue), enclosed garden, private parking for 2 cars.

Modern, high-quality comfort: fitted kitchen (electric hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge with freezing compartment, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware), TNT TV, Wi-Fi connection, gas heating, washing machine and dryer, drying rack.

On the ground floor, kitchen / living room / living room, 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed, adjoining shower room and wc.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with small sea view, 2 double beds, shower room.


A deposit of 30% of the rental amount is to be paid upon booking when signing the rental contract.

If you do not wish to clean up before your departure, the package is € 80.

The security deposit is € 500, it is returned no later than 7 days after departure minus the cleaning fee if necessary and any damage.
