*THIS CONDO IS CURRENTLY LICENCED BY THE CITY OF KELOWNA* Business License #4090468 Lakeview condo walking distance to Mckinley beach, close to over 200 wineries, golf courses and all Okanagan activities. The highlight of this condo includes two fabulous covered lakeview decks with natural gas bbq, firetable, dining table, lounge chairs and comfortable seating area, walking distance to beach. The building features a roof-top hot tub/bbq area, and an outdoor pool on side of the building which is open May - Sept.

In this condo you will find everything an active family needs: room to put bikes; beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart supplied; a well stocked kitchen with gas range; in-suite washer/dryer; and TVs in each room with cable and Netflix.. You will also find all the small appliances you may need including coffee maker, toaster and blender. I even provide you with coffee (in the freezer to keep fresh), spices and condiments.

The Master bedroom has a King bed with 400 thread count sheets, large ensuite with double sinks and large shower as well as it's own deck with lounge chairs. The second bedroom features double/double bunk beds and pocket door entry to bathroom with a bathtub. All bathrooms come fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

There is secured underground parking for 1 car to keep out of the summer sun, and street parking on McKinley Beach drive if you have more than 1 vehicle.

I have tried to provide everything you may require for a perfect summer vacation, short of a private chef or chauffeur ;).

Sage was an excellent host and the building/room more than met our needs. The views are amazing from the large patios. The kitchen and utility space also came stocked with cleaning supplies, condiments and spices which was really helpful when travelling with a family. Parking on the road below the apartment is really easy and safe. All in all, a great option for families.

A relaxing and very enjoyable stay. We really appreciated having the 2 decks to spend outside and a great set of shutters to block the late afternoon sun when needed. Sage was great to work with and extremely responsive.

Great escape with a view

Great property, providing a peaceful vacation with great views. The property had everything we needed and more! Was great to have a wagon to bring our belongings to the condo. Great little walk down to the beach. We had a wonderful time.

Quick trip with hubby

Property was perfect for us. Very clean and well equipped. Great for families with the second bedroom. Beautiful views! Fairly close to Kelowna which is what we were looking for (not too close but close enough) We will be back!

Lovely spot to relax and enjoy time with the family

Very much enjoyed our time in Sage's roomy and modern apartment during Christmas break, overlooking Okanagan lake. Lovely walks to the beach and around the colour-lit neighborhood. We will look forward to going again, when we can.

Great condo and location

Beautiful, well equipped condo with great views. Neighbourhood is great for short walks to the beach, but fairly steep. Communication with Sage was very easy and he always replied promptly. We would stay here again!

Great views

This location was the perfect size for our Family. The owner was in contact with us to ensure that we had everything we needed. The VRBO is located close to everything anyone would want to have a great vacation. Beaches, Hiking, Biking, Kayaking, Fruit picking Wineries and restaurants. And to top it off Fantastic views from the condo.

Easter/Birthday get away!

Beautiful property with breathtaking views! Our family of four enjoyed everything this property has to offer! The owner made some great recommendations for wine tastings! We all agree our favourite dinner was right here with views like this and everything you need to cook with! The owner has thought of every detail! Would definitely recommend!

Lovely Get Away

Had an incredible get away to Lake Country with my Husband and our Dog. Wonderful community, walked down to the beach everyday and let our dog swim. Quiet and peaceful. Pictures do not do it justice, the views are incredible. House was spotless and Sage was wonderful to communicate with. Definitely will be back!!

Great location, refreshing pool!

Communication with Sage was easy as she was always very quick to respond and full of information. The condo is spacious and worked perfectly for our family of four, well actually our furry family of five! Beach is rocky, but close and the underground parking is definitely a bonus with the heat of the summer! The onsite pool is a refreshing, cool end to a hot day! This place is a for sure recommendation!!

Fabulous property. It was ideal for us in many ways. Extremely clean and well-equipped. Sage, the host, was a fantastic communicator. Everything was as advertised and expected. We parked outside because we had a box on top of our vehicle, but there is lots of street parking. We took the short drive into Kelowna for all of our meals, but this condo is fully equipped to do all of your own cooking. Close to UBCO, Lakeside and Kelowna. Outstanding!

Outstanding property

This VRBO property exceeded our expectations. We have booked VRBOs in various locations in the USA and Canada over the past few years and this one ranks at the top. The pictures do not do it justice. Very high end development and superbly maintained unit. We could have stayed here longer and it would have felt like our home away from home. All details are thought through in this unit - so much was provided that isn't normally in other rentals. We are already talking about going back! You will not be disappointed.

The location and lake view were lovely. The host and contact was very helpful by text. She offered and picked up eggs, milk & butter. I deeply appreciated that kind gesture as my flight was delayed and I would arrive very late. This was my first time renting VRBO. Unfortunately the unit is very dirty and in need of a deep clean and refresh of kitchen items. I had the clean the master bath sinks, floor and counters at 1 am before I could place my items in there. Hairs in the sink and floor plus a build up of stuff /dust on the counters. Also the master bath shower was not usable because the shower configuration was narrow and you had to walk in close the door and turn on the water (which you had to stand in cold water ) the door has no rubber seal on the sides so water would leak out. So I had to shower in the 2nd Bath. The pocket door also missing the pull. The kitchen has worn and chipped dishes, along with glued broken and worn coffee mugs and teflon pans with a wobbly handle (not safe) and worn out teflon.They allow pets in the unit, so if you are allergic don’t rent here. The owner apologized that they were unable to get it clean because of the previous renter brought two dogs. Beyond the dog hair on the couches inside and out and on the carpets the main couch is worn and tired along with the outdoor furniture which is stained and needs washed. I had to clean as I used areas. Would not recommend to a friend because of cleanliness and tired overall environment.

I am very sorry for your experience Shawna. As this was your first VRBO experience, here are a few pointers: - most STRs will not shop for you in advance. We did and it was difficult to get payment from you. - there were 2 perfectly new frying pans in the kitchen. I am not sure why you took 3 photos of the (perfectly useful) old pan I leave in case folks want another fry pan. However, I will replace it. - there were 6 new coffee mugs. I leave the older mugs there as well because I feel all things do not need to be new. - should there have been any cleaning issues, we would have loved for you to let us know and we would have addressed it immediately. - The master bedroom shower is 3.5 feet wide x 8 feet long. I am not sure how much wider you need a shower to be to fit into? Again, I apologize for your experience. In the future, please communicate any reasonable issues to the host so we can address it.

I grew up in Kelowna on an orchard in Rutland. After years in the big city (Vancouver), I have finally realized my first step in getting back to my hometown by purchasing this condo for family vacations and to share with others wanting to experience the Okanagan delights.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

I like an active vacation with my family and this condo suits me and the family perfectly. After a day of hiking or biking in the nearby hills, I can park the bikes in the laundry room, throw the dirty clothes in the washer, wander down to the beach for a dip or a paddle board, then come home to sit on the deck with a glass of wine and marvel at the view. The kids can hang out after an active day watching Netflix on the TV. On lazier days, I'll lay by the pool while the kids splash, and then we'll all go up to the hot tub to watch the sun set, or spend the day down at the lake, followed by dinner at a winery. I can also send my husband and kids out to the golf course to get a few hours peace and quiet to relax in this spectacular space.

This condo has it all: pool, hot tub, room for bike storage, hiking trails, walk to the beach and an absolutely INCREDIBLE view from either of the two decks. Not to mention tons of space and high end finishes in the condo, with everything you (or I!) may need for a vacation.
