Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! We truly want every guest to have a great experience, so I’d love to clarify a few things. We provide enough washcloths for the number of guests the unit sleeps. When you asked for more, we suggested checking under all the bathroom sinks (both upstairs and downstairs), as extras are usually stored there. Since we didn’t hear back from you, we weren’t able to bring any out, but we absolutely would have if needed. It sounds like the light switch remotes may have been acting up. We would have been happy to send maintenance to help, but we didn’t receive a request during your stay. Regarding the kitchen sink, we don’t supply liquid dish soap as mentioned in our guidebook and listing, and the dishwasher detergent provided is for the dishwasher only. The team member you spoke with was kindly sharing that information. We’re sorry to hear about the cleanliness concerns and wish you had let us know.
