Located in a charming four-story historic building, this cozy yet modern condo features:
• A bright living room with plush seating and a Smart TV—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring
• A fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials for meal prep or a quick breakfast
• A dining area perfect for shared meals or game nights
• Two beautifully decorated bedrooms with high-end mattresses and Smart TVs
• High ceilings, hardwood floors, and custom-made furniture throughout
• In-unit washer and dryer for added convenience
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Access to a shared terrace—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails
Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: King Bed
• Bedroom 2: Two Queen Beds
• Living Room: Sleeper Sofa
You’ll have the entire private unit to yourself—no shared interior spaces.

• 0.7 miles to Caesars Superdome and Smoothie King Center
• 8-minute walk to Caesars Casino
• 0.9 miles to the Convention Center
• Convenient access to the Canal Streetcar Line
Parking
• There is no onsite parking, but multiple secure, paid parking lots are available nearby. Metered street parking is also available directly in front of the building, managed by the City of New Orleans.
Things to know
• Minimum 3-night stay required for New Orleans residents
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee (subject to availability)
• Daily housekeeping available upon request (additional fee)
• Maximum occupancy enforced; unauthorized guests or parties will result in a $500 fine
• The terrace is shared with other guests in the building
• A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
