This charming studio condo is fully equipped for relaxation. Enjoy the geothermal heated pool and Manasota Key's beautiful beaches. The excellent central location on the island by keeping the car parked and utilizing one of the free ride (tips only) services on the key. Located just 1 mile from either Englewood or Blind Pass public beaches which offer additional public amenities such as picnic pavilions and playgrounds, and are home to many of the island festivals held throughout the year.

Enter the unit, after parking your vehicle in the designated parking spot directly in front of the unit, through the front door arriving in the open studio which is furnished with comfortable recliners, sofa (sleeper) and flat screen TV with HD programming. The Murphy bed opens easily for a comfy night's sleep. Open to the living area is the eat-in style kitchen with dining for 4. The kitchen is equipped with stove/oven, microwave and refrigerator set among other small appliances and is stocked for light to medium cooking.

Around the corner from the living area you will find the bathroom offering tub/shower combo.

Great stay with pets.

The room was large enough to be comfortably. Only problem was we couldn't figure out how to use cook top and bathroom fan did not work. Clock may need new batteries cause it wasn't working.

Just what we were looking for

We enjoyed staying at this condo. Everything was clean and as advertised. We checked out all the beaches, we would often head to Blind Pass Beach for sunsets. Sunrise was pretty at the end of the parking lot at the condo. I used the washer and dryer in the complex fortunately I remembered to bring quarters! For cooking it took me a little while to figure out how to use the immersion range top burners, but once I got it they worked great. Simple written directions would help other guests. Wifi worked great. Farlows on the Water was our favorite restaurant, but make reservations. We loved watching the osprey nest activity on the treetop behind the condo. We would definitely stay again. The location was great and honestly the pool area was perfect. The room is simple and clean. We pretty much had everything we needed for a short stay. The bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Perfect!

Everything was wonderful! I had everything that my little dog and I needed. The only thing that needs replacing is the kitchen silverware. It was rusted and broken, but we had plastic.

Perfect little studio

We are return visitors to this studio apartment, and it was perfect like always! It's just myself and my husband, so it's the perfect size for us. We have family right down the way on Manasota Key so the location is also perfect. Rebecca and Clay are so accommodating they even let us add on 2 nights to our stay- we couldn't be happier!!

Fabulous condo

What a lovely place to stay, it exceeded my expectations. The location was amazing, having the option to go to the private beach was incredible, i had it all to myself most mornings. I loved having coffee on the dock overlooking Lemon Bay as well. The condo was spotless and very well appointed and had everything you could possibly need. It was a tremendous value for the money. We spent a week here. The studio was as described and appeared to have new furniture, however there was no oven. There was easy private beach access and public beaches were a mile in each direction.

Awesome beach access right across the street!

Enjoyed our weekend getaway with a pet friendly rental! Great beach access just a short skip across the street where you can relax with the whole beach to yourself for miles both ways! Pretty awesome place, will definitely be back you another weekend getaway!

Delightful retreat

What a beautifully outfitted and relaxing destination. Not only were the accommodations perfect, seeing the birds landing on the mango tree outside and walking to the beach and the bay made our stay complete. The owners of this property were so gracious and we hope to return soon!

Nice little place

We enjoyed our stay. Cute little place. The proximity to the beach was good. The view from the wall was gorgeous. There way a fun little pet tree frog in the bathroom, who was rehomed to a tree outside, however šŸ˜‚

Perfectly placed

My fiance and I stayed here for a long weekend. It's perfectly placed between the bay and the beach. We watched the sun rise over the bay & gathered shells on the private beach. Food delivery was convenient and timely. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The owner responded quickly to all of my questions. We will likely stay here again.

A great place near the beaches

This property was very close to about 4 beaches and a 3 minute drive ( or leisurely 30 min walk) to 2 great restaurants. A very good heated pool was on the property and acted as a little social hub for residents. The unit itself was very well equipped and the pull down Murphy bed was very comfortable. There was a sofa bed also so could have slept 4 in total but probably 2 people would be the ideal amount. Becky was always quick to respond to any queries we had. Ideal place to spend a few days. If you like yoga there is a daily morning session on the beach for $5 nearby and well over 100 people take part. Courtesy shuttle is handy from the restaurants. .
