game room, two full kitchens, and an included golf cart.

The Space:

Welcome to Atlantis — a three-level Miramar Beach estate built for groups

that want the beach at their doorstep and resort-style living under one roof.

With private beach access just steps away and no roads to cross, the coast

sets the pace from the moment you arrive.



Over 5,000 square feet spread across eight bedrooms, 8.5 baths, two fully

equipped kitchens, and multiple living areas give everyone room to settle in

without stepping on each other. Mornings start with coffee on one of several

balconies — the third floor catches a light glimpse of the Gulf — and evenings

pull everyone back together across open gathering spaces made for lingering

conversations and shared meals.



Outdoor Living

The backyard is the heart of the home. A private pool and hot tub invite easy

afternoon cool-offs and late-night soaks. The outdoor kitchen and grill make

it simple to keep meals outside when the weather calls for it. Multiple lounge

areas and covered balconies round out the space — there's always a shaded spot

or a sunny chair open.



Kitchens & Dining

Two fully equipped kitchens with full-size appliances make group cooking

effortless — split duties, stagger meals, or go all-in on a big dinner

together. Indoor dining areas seat the full group comfortably, and the outdoor

kitchen extends meal options into the backyard.



Living & Entertainment

Multiple open-concept living areas give everyone options — movie nights in one

room, quiet reading in another. On the third floor, a dedicated game room

features a pool table, casual seating, and a TV, opening onto a covered

balcony with Gulf views.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

- A golf cart is available at the property for guest use by our 3rd party rental partner, Destin Florida Golf Cart Rentals, LLC. You agree to complete a waiver document regarding the use and liability of the golf cart which will be completed with Destin Florida Golf Cart Rentals, LLC provided by QR code listed at the property and in your check-in details, prior to the release of the cart access activation code.
