This 4th Floor Balcony Suite Plus just might feel like your beach home away from home. Enjoy a beautiful ocean view from the comfort of your balcony chairs. There is a sofa and several cushioned chairs in the living room area, so sit back and enjoy the view of the 50" Flat Screen TV. A ceiling fan keeps the beach breezes blowing. When you are ready to rest, pull down the full sized Murphy Bed cabinet and enjoy a real full sized mattress. There is laminate flooring in the living room and tile in the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a regular stove and oven. The bathroom was updated to include a new tub and surround. In the private bedroom there is laminate flooring, a King sized bed, another 40" Flat Screen TV and ceiling fan. This condo is charming and will be a great suite to keep the whole family happy. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Not overly crowded and only about 15 minutes to go into St. Augustine. Have stayed at Beacher’s Lodge several times and will definitely go back!

Perfect

The perfect spot to enjoy the beach. It’s not a far drive from any of the tourist spots. We would definitely stay again. We arrived after the front desk was closed due to flight delays but they were able to send us the information and we had no problems getting into our unit at 1 am.

Wonder view!!

We loved being right on the ocean and having tea each morning on the balcony. Beautiful! Perfect location to beach and St. Augustine. Also loves the pool was super warm especially coming from the ocean. Loved seeing the pelicans fly over head over and over again! We felt safe and comfortable!

Although Beachers Lodge was doing some renovations, we had no problems with sound. The sunrises over the ocean and the sunsets over the Intercoastal are magnificent!

Fantastic oceanside and beachfront property.

We came to the property for a quick weekend stay in Saint Augustine and were very pleased with the overall condition, spaciousness, ease of access and beachfront view. The property is kept in immaculate condition with great amenities. They even included make up wipes. A quick drive gets you to Saint Augustine and drive is a very peaceful yet scenic one. It is highly recommended to wake up early and witness the sunrise. The check in process had some technical difficulties but the employees were very helpful. Overall a magnificent time and we highly recommend this property to anybody who may be interested.

The mattress in the master bedroom needs replaced. It has holes you sink down into. Everything else was good.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited St. Augustine in June and arrived on a Monday and left Thursday morning and it wasn't busy and it was just nice and relaxing. Love how all the places face the beach and we were in room 424. It was great for the 2 of us. The murphy bed looked okay if it would have been needed. Definitely could use some upgrades with rusted appliances but overall it had all things needed for cooking even a crockpot and you don't usually see that. Easy door code and gate code. The elevator on our side was down for the first day or so, so you either go to opposite side or lug luggage and yourself up the stairs. Close enough to everything you need and a pizza joint and ice cream place right across rode. Easy check in and out. For the price and on the beach this place is great.

A quick walk to the beach, pool, convenience store and ice cream. The staff was extremely pleasant. The unit was nicely furnished and the beds and towels were clean. The floor was pretty dirty, and the kitchen had a thin layer of sand over everything. I just cleaned up a bit before cooking. The kitchen had most of what would be needed but no salt and pepper, and the cookware is outdated. There were someone's clothes behind the bathroom door. I'm pretty sure the only thing cleaned before our arrival were the sheets and towels. But overall it was a gorgeous view, very comfortable and we'd go back again.
