Villa Eleganza is a splendid three-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Eleganza you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast and of the small Li Galli islands at a distance. Villa Eleganza is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, spacious private terraces with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. You will find the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line at 50 meters (165 feet). You will reach Villa Eleganza from the street level along a short route that includes approximately 30 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Eleganza. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a parking lot (where a space can be reserved).

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with sun loungers. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October.
Terrace 1
The first terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of Positano and of the sea.
Garden
The garden is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers. From the garden you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.
Middle Level (Entrance Level)Bedroom 1 - a suite with en-suite bathroom
This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. The first bedroom is paved with handmade tiles with inlaid designs, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling is vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is an elegant fireplace made of stone. The furnishings include three armchairs. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small terrace with a marvelous view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious, made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a jacuzzi bathtub.
Top LevelTerrace 2
The second terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast and of the small Li Galli islands at a distance.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a sofa and a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the long terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). There is a small fireplace. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the long terrace with a view of the sea through two French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The furnishings of the living room are elegant and bright. The furnishings include a long L-shaped sofa and a desk. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is professional-grade, equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a large flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline.
