🥨 Gîte HOPLA is located in downtown Colmar, you will be in less than 5 minutes by foot in the heart of the historic center and the tourist places of the city: Little Venice, Koïfhus, museums, Saint Martin Collegiate Church, spring markets, Christmas markets, restaurants...



🏡 The accommodation is composed of 2 bedrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen open to the dining room and a completely renovated bathroom with a spacious shower and a WC.



Note, the apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator. Given its location on the first floor of a building without a lift, it is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility.



🛏️The first bedroom contains 2 single beds of 90 cm that can be brought together to form a large bed of 180 cm.

🛏️ The second has a 160 cm queen-size bed.

🛋️ Finally the sofa in the living room can turn into a 140 cm bed for 2 people.

🍽️ The most cooks among you will benefit from all the necessary kitchen equipment as well as a large fridge with freezer, an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette and crepe maker and of course enough crockery and cutlery.

🚿 🚽 A bathroom with shower and a toilet complete the accommodation.

🌞 A fan and a blower (allowing hot or cold air) are available at the cottage to make your stay more pleasant depending on the weather.



🔑 The keys will be picked up at a different address than the accommodation (150M by foot)

🅿️ You can optionally reserve a private parking space nearby, including places at the same address as the location of the keys.

🅿️ Within a radius of 800m around the accommodation you can find paid parking spaces with parking meters and then free spaces (depending on the area).

For Georges Duhamel (who wrote it in 1931), Colmar was the "most beautiful city in the world"... It has also often been said that it was the most Alsatian of the cities in Alsace!

Without going into the escalation of superlatives, Colmar undoubtedly remains a quite exceptional city for the richness and variety of its historical and architectural heritage.

It is located near Germany and Switzerland, between the Vosges and the Rhine, Strasbourg and Mulhouse. The city offers visitors a striking shortcut to more than a thousand years of European history. In addition, Colmar retains, with its 67,000 inhabitants, an endearing aspect of a "country town" which gives it all its charm.

Despite the vagaries of a turbulent history, the city has managed to preserve an exceptional homogeneity of its historic center which, classified as a "protected sector", has benefited from restoration and permanent enhancement. The vast pedestrian area of ​​the old town allows visitors to admire the innumerable riches of a heritage as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.

Whether it is the Maison des Têtes (built at the beginning of the 17th century) which owes its name to the 111 heads that adorn its facade, or the Maison Pfister, a beautiful bourgeois residence from the Renaissance period but of medieval design, each of its monuments is unique in his genre.

Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.



However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.



📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force.
