Enter this second level apartment by way of a private staircase leading you into a bright and open living room with comfortable seating, a dining area with table and chairs, and a fully equipped galley kitchen. The bathroom is clean and modern, including a stall shower with floor to ceiling subway tiles and a glass door.

The Island Grove neighborhood offers access to association tennis courts and walking trails, and is less than 10 minutes by car, 40 minutes on foot, and 15 via bike from the beautiful south shore beaches and downtown Edgartown shops and restaurants. Enjoy a quick stroll through a walking trail to the popular Morning Glory Farm for muffins and coffee, and stock up on island produce and snacks.
