4-STAR VILLA NEAR THE GOLF COURSE, WITH A HEATED POOL

Welcome to a lush, green setting located in the heart of the Biscarrosse Golf Course. Whether you love golf, water sports, or hiking, you’ll find something to enjoy here. For golfers, there are two beautiful courses available: a nine-hole course for quick rounds and a technical 18-hole course set in the Landes forest.
The Domaine du Golf offers the perfect setting for an excellent vacation surrounded by nature, nestled between the land and the ocean. You’ll have direct access on foot to the Grand Lac and numerous bike paths that can take you straight to Le Bourg and along many other routes all the way to Arcachon. The ocean and its wide, sandy beaches are just a 5-minute drive away.
The villa is spacious, comfortable, very bright, functional, and offers generous living spaces.
The villa’s peaceful, idyllic setting is perfect for the rest you’ll need after a round of golf, a day at the beach, or exploring the region.
Located 20 km from the Dune du Pyla—an exceptional site—at the gateway to the Arcachon Basin, and less than an hour from downtown Bordeaux, the villa is ideal for exploring the Aquitaine region.
The large Lake Biscarrosse, located 1 km from the villa, is the largest in western France. It’s ideal for families with young children, as the freshwater is warmer than the ocean and the shallow depth allows young children to play safely.
The ocean waves are particularly invigorating and energizing, and a delight for water sports enthusiasts. Numerous surf schools offer lessons for beginners and experienced surfers all summer long.
Biscarrosse is a prime oceanfront location from which to explore Bordeaux and its architecture, history, museums, and, of course, its vineyards. In fact, just a 1-hour drive from the great Haut-Médoc estates such as Margaux, Saint-Estèphe, Saint-Julien, and Pauillac—or a 1.5-hour drive from the Sauternes wines—a visit is a must for wine lovers.
Finally, if you’d like to take a longer trip, Biscarrosse is located 1 hour and 40 minutes from Bayonne, a fortified town neighboring the world-famous seaside resort of Biarritz. You can also visit the small port of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, explore Spain with a trip to the charming city of San Sebastián, or enjoy the Pyrénées-Atlantiques region.
All these destinations are within a 150-km radius of Biscarrosse.
For food lovers, the wide and varied selection will allow you to discover the specialties of southwestern France and seafood delicacies. Numerous restaurants are available in town and at the beach.
The villa features a large covered terrace with a barbecue, where you can enjoy your meals in peace while overlooking the pool and the fully enclosed garden, which is filled with pine and oak trees—ideal for children.
You can park your vehicle right at the villa’s entrance.
A garage equipped with a dryer and a second refrigerator provides space to store jet skis, bicycles, and golf equipment if needed.
