Ca’ Giulia Baja Sardinia-Costa Smeralda. Lovely sea view villa with garden.

The property is a lovely villa located in a residential complex surrounded by greenery and overlooking the sea, a short distance from the center of Baja Sardinia.
The house is ideal for up to 5 people, is spread over two levels and consists of:
-First floor: two bedrooms and a shower room. A matrimonial room with king size bed, air conditioning and terrace with beautiful sea view. The second room is furnished with two single beds and air conditioning.
-Ground floor: large living room with new kitchen made in 2023 with air conditioning, and a new 2024 bedroom with bunk bed (no air conditioning) and bathroom with shower.

In the large private garden, overlooking the sea, you can find a large covered patio furnished with sofas and dining area and one external shower.
At the back of the house there is a large courtyard with the masonry barbecue and a covered dining area.

The house is equipped with all the necessary appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, TV, espresso and American coffee machine, blender. juicer, hairdryer, wi-fi box.
Sheets and towels will be included in the price by person for the first week. In case of bookings of more than one week it will be possible to request the change at an extra cost per person of 10 eur per sheets and 10 eur for towels (to be paid on site).
Utilities: Gas and Electricity - included in the booking.
Tourist tax per person - included in the booking.
Internet - included in the booking.
There's a private parking space in front of the garden.
During the stay, you will be able to enjoy the tennis court and a beautiful residential swimming pool (100 meters from the house). The residential pool can be used from June 1 to September 30 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. At 200 meters you can reach a sandy beach that is not equipped, particularly suitable for families with small children.
A restaurant/pizzeria, supermarket, tobacco shop/journalist and other shops can be found on foot.

Very nice house at very nice location.

Lovely small beach walking distance, tennis and pool great. Lots of places to sit and lie down in and out of the sun. Enjoyed it a lot with teenagers

Great Apartment!

We stayed here for a week with our two young children (6&9) Check in was excellent and our contact for the entire stay was extremely helpful Location is great for visiting all the lovely beaches within 20 minute drive We would definitely stay here again!

Great Holiday house

We had a great week at Casa Giulia. The appartment was perfect for our holiday. Emiliano and Mrs. Milly were quick to reply to all our messages. The common pool was huge and a great joy for the kids. Thanks for a great holiday!

Excellent stay with amazing view

Very kind owner and agency. Quick in responding. We were early and because the house was ready we could already check in. So kind. The hous is clean and nice. The views are amazing. And there is a lovely place to sit outside. I highly recommend this house.

Beautiful house in a nice and calm area with a great view!

We had a really nice week in this beautiful house. Everything was clean and well equipped! The best of course is the view over the sea! We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach a lot! The area is really calm and clean! We can definitely recommend the house!

Wonderful place

The villa was wonderfully equipped, the location was excellent. Close to a private beach. Swimming pool was a bonus for the children. Lovely garden, outdoor living space and a quiet back garden excellent for windy days. All that you need from a Sardinian holiday.

Family Trip to Sardegna

Very clean house, nice view, close to the beach. Everything in very good shape, no problems. Brand new kitchen. We explored the beaches in the near surrounding. Good location for stand up paddling.

Beautiful Hidden Gem

The views from this villa are spectacular. It has a tranquil feeling and makes your morning coffee taste better than ever before. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The outside space was very comfortable. Emiliano and the house manager Milly were very friendly, responsive and helpful with anything we needed. They gave us very good restaurant recommendations and beaches to visit. The pool is lovely, the views around it are amazing. It is very quiet, we mainly had it to ourselves most days. I would totally recommend the area, within easy reach of most places. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful place!

A little piece of paradise

We have had the most relaxing holiday here. From the first communication until check out our host Emiliano and the property manager, Mrs Milly have been really helpful, responsive and kind. The accommodation is beautiful with views over the harbour at Cala Bitta. The pool is fabulous and the sea is a very short walk from the pool and the property. Baia Sardinia is beautiful. There are a lot of restaurants nearby but you definitely need a car which we were advised of. There is parking at the front gate to the property. The villa itself has everything you could want or need. It is very comfortable and we have loved our stay here. If you are looking for total relaxation in a quiet and beautiful place I would thoroughly recommend this place. Emiliano is a gentleman and gave us so much good advice as did Mrs Milly.

Wonderful Family Stay in Sardinia

We have just returned from a week staying in this beautiful property. There were four adults, a toddler and a 7 month old baby. The villa was so well equipped and everything was well set up for our baby. The pool was practically empty each time we used it and the beach just a stroll from the villa was so lovely. The location was ideal also with a petrol station, supermarket and restaurants near by. We had a packed week seeing different areas of the Costa Smeralda including Arzachena, Porto Cervo and Castelsardo. Armando and Guiliana and Milly were so helpful. They really wanted to ensure we had the best holiday. And a very nice touch with a bottle of Prosecco being left in the fridge as we arrived on my birthday. I highly recommend staying here, you would not be disappointed. Thank you for a perfect stay, it was just what we wanted.

Absolutelyfabulous!!!

From start to finish this was a wonderful experience. Emiliano with the help of the housekeeper Mrs Milly made us feel welcome and comfortable. Their communication was excellent, the apartment was the best we have ever experienced in terms of its equipment, quality and cleanliness. Every detail has been considered. The decor is typically Sardinian and sea themed, there are snorkels, games, citronella candles, every type of utensil and kitchen appliance you need. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was a blessing in the heat. The owner is so polite and accommodating. The view from the apartment over the bay is beautiful. This was a real find. The drive from Olbia is easy and there is parking for one car. The well maintained pool and beach are a few minutes walk and both are clean and free. Baia Sardinia is walkable and there are plenty of shops and restaurants there. Our holiday was perfect. Thank you so much Emiliano and Mrs Milly!!!

Holidays in paradise. Perfecto!

We had a wonderful stay in ''Ca Giulia''. It was very easy to contact Giuliana, the renter of the house, who gave us some great tips in advance and during our stay. Everything worked our very easily because the organisation was perfect. The house itself is very clean and tidy and has everything needed for a nice holiday. Comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, a great view to the water, a barbecue area and of course a short walking distance to the big pool and beach (1-2 minuts). Enough space in a fully contained house with highquality interior, decorated with typical sardinian dishware, which contributes to the atmosphere of being on holidays. The garden was very nice and green and cared for by a gardener. They offered beach towels and a sun umbrella. Getting to Baia Sardinia is also easy if you do not want to take the car at night, as it only takes 15-20 minuts by walking. We found that Mucchi Bianci or Baia Sardinia were the perfect location to discover the beautiful sights of the Costa Smeralda and The Maddalena Archipelago. We would highly recommend to do the catamaran trip, which Giuliana can help you to book. Even though it was our first time in Sardegna and in the house, we fell in love with both and will definitely come back. See you next time! Thank you Armando and Giuliana for a lovely holiday! Amazing!!

Adoramos a Sardenha! a casa está bem localizada para quem quer conhecer as praias da Costa Esmeralda ou mesmo passar um dia tranquilo na piscina ou na praia em frente ao condomínio. Encontramos tudo que precisávamos na residência, inclusive uma área externa muito agradável e florida para preparar grelhados. em poucas necessidades específicas que tivemos, fomos atendidos prontamente. Os proprietários, Giuliana e Armando são muito atenciosos e preocupados com o bem estar dos locatários. Passamos 10 dias inesquecíveis nesse lugar e agradecemos pela oportunidade.

My Family and I had a wonderful time. The place had everything, very clean, beautiful views from the front patio and the master bedroom where we sat and enjoyed our cafe every morning. The backyard had a big barbecue where we cooked several nights. We also enjoyed dining out at local restaurants recommended by our hosts. The food and wine was delicious. The beach and the pool was amazing!!! Definitely recommend and can't wait to return.

Wir waren mit der Familie (2 Kinder, 15 und 11 Jahre alt) für 2 Wochen in dem Haus und hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Alles sauber, gut ausgestattet, 2 traumhafte und großzügige Terrassen und alles lief problemlos und sehr nett ab. Die Lage ist toll, man ist in 100 Metern zum Pool gelaufen und nach weiteren 100-150m schon an einem kleinen aber netten Strand. Auch andere Strände, sowie der Ort Baia Sardinia sind problemlos zu erreichen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einem wirklich schönen Haus!

House is nice and private, you feel safe as its only the residents that access it. Its close enough to lovely baja sardinia with restaurants and beach... lovely location! Emiliano is very attentive and lovely. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Huset har alt hvad man har brug for til en perfekt afslappet ferie. Værelser og senge er gode, køkken er veludstyret og terrasserne fungerer perfekt - både med sidde- og liggepladser samt den super lækre grill.Den lokale strand er meget hyggelig - den nød vi meget. Emiliano er en sød og hjælpsom vært og vi kan varmt anbefale hans dejlige hus.

Abbiamo trascorso 14 giorni meravigliosi in questa splendida casa vacanze in Sardegna e non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore.La casa è davvero bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli, spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. La cucina è super attrezzata: non mancava assolutamente nulla, ideale per preparare qualsiasi pasto come a casa. L’aria condizionata è presente in tutti gli ambienti, rendendo il soggiorno sempre piacevole anche nelle giornate più calde.All’esterno abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il bellissimo giardino con lettini, perfetto per rilassarsi, la splendida vista mare e l’ampio spazio sul retro dedicato al barbecue, completo di copertura e di tutta l’attrezzatura necessaria. Un ambiente ideale per pranzi e cene all’aperto in compagnia.La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dal mare, con la comodità della piscina condominiale, del campo da tennis e del parcheggio sempre disponibile.Un ringraziamento speciale va al proprietario, una persona gentilissima e sempre disponibile, e a Milena, la responsabile della gestione, che ci ha accolti con grande professionalità e disponibilità fin dal primo contatto, facendoci sentire subito i benvenuti.Sono state due settimane indimenticabili in una casa che consigliamo senza alcuna esitazione. Se torneremo in Sardegna, questa sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta. Grazie di cuore per la splendida ospitalità!

Wunderschöne Location

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem im Oktober waren die umliegenden traumhaften Strände und Buchten menschenleer und wunderschön zu genießen. Im Haus und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht und den Sonnenuntergang. Kleine Abstriche bezüglich der Matratzen (für Schwergewichte eher ungemütlich), des etwas schlichten Mobiliars und des Tennisplatzes (Betonplatz mit vielen Unebenheiten). Aber das hat unseren Urlaubsspaß nicht getrübt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus in schöner Anlage im Nordosten Sardiniens

Super Urlaub (mit super Wetter;-)! Áuch der Gemeinschafts-Pool ist gepflegt und mit ca. 10 x 20m echt groß! Klare Empfehlung!
