45 m2 bungalow for 2 adults and 3 children in the south-west of the island of Oléron. Facing the national forest, 1km from a beautiful beach, and 1.5km from the heart of the village you can go to the beach or go shopping on foot, either by forest path or by cycle path passing in front of the house. The village includes a Marché U, a bakery, a press / souvenir point, restaurants, a pharmacy, bicycle rental, hairdressers, 1 farmers market, etc. (in Dolus, 4 km away, you will find 1 Intermarché, 1 bowling alley, 1 Aquatic center and in St Pierre at 9km, 1 Leclerc, 1 Super-U, 1 LIDL, 1 Inter sport as well as many shops)
Many distractions: Large gently sloping beach for the little ones or waves at high tide for surfers (surf school), the fishing port of La Côtinière, the lighthouse of Chassiron, the museums, Golf, Tennis, Sand yachting ( school for initiation), Aquatic Park, Marinas, the port of Salines with boat trips on the channel, visits the salt marshes and `` clears '' for oyster farming, boat trips around Fort Boyard and islands or crossing from OLERON to La ROCHELLE by shuttle.

The accommodation must be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness, as defined in the inventory. (A 90th sum may be requested if the household leaves something to be desired.)
