Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath original "model" unit. Private, gated golf and tennis community featuring two Azinger / Lewis designed championship golf courses, club house with pool and full service restaurant, eight tennis courts, a large private pool with tiki bar and food service, several community pools, fitness area, basketball courts and more.

The condo is located on the first floor overlooking the private lake and golf course. The unit is completely furnished and tastefully decorated. In-unit washer and dryer. Other amenities include cable, wifi, smart TV , all necessary linens, utensils, cookware and flatware. Located in the gorgeous Golf Community of Heritage Palms overlooking the 17th fairway and just steps away from the pool & community BBQ area. Screened Lanai off living area with hurricane screens.

Everything South Florida has to offer is just around the corner. Restaurants, shopping & more. Beaches are approx. 30 minutes away.

Master with private bath and California King bed. Guest room Queen bed and reclining livingroom furniture. Murphy Chest bed located in dining area for extra sleeping, queen mattress (dining table easily slides out of the way).
Full club amenities available for renters over 30 days with paid transfer membership fee ($500 additional paid direct to club upon arrival).

Exceptional experience!

Beautifully decorated condo! Fully supplied kitchen with every imaginable cooking need satisfied. Felt like we were staying at a 5 star hotel. Sandy was extremely responsive when needed. Thoroughly enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

Fantastic month

We had a perfect month in Heritage Palms. Sandy’s condo is located steps from one of the many pools. The view from the lanai is perfect. We enjoyed breakfast each day overlooking pond, golfers (17th hole) and clubhouse. This condo could not have been stocked much more. Modern appliances and beautiful decor. It is spotless. The leather reclyning living room furniture was great for watching favourite shows. The Murphy Bed came in handy for our visit from family and was easy to pull out and put away. Also 3 large tvs in each room!! The covered parking was a bonus in the extreme heat. Sandy was quick to respond to questions and has very clear instructions available in the condo. The condo is located a short drive to favourite restaurants, shopping (Kohls, Beals, Ross, Bass Pro and fashion outlets to name a few), Starbucks, movie theatres, Top Golf and Jetblue Field. Greatest place to stay!

I would highly recommend this place. The host is wonderful to communicate with, she responds to all texts within a manner of minutes. I had stayed at this place last year and I was extremely happy. I was so fortunate and thrilled to be able to find this same place available again this year. It truly was the greatest place!!.

Great place to stay!!!

I was in awe of Heritage Palms as soon as I drove in to check-in. The gals at the gatehouse were very friendly with always a bit of conversation and wishing me a wonderful day. Sandy's condo is adorable, very clean, loved the decor, had use of the washer/dryer, dishwasher and, I loved the pot and pans and the beautiful dishes as well as all the great utensils. Master bedroom/bathroom, guest bedroom were very spacious with TV's it both bedrooms as well as in the living room. We had use of Netflex with lots of wonderful movies. A beautiful lanai where you can have your coffee in the morning or watch the golfers or even the little baby rabbits. I could not have asked for anything better or a nicer place to stay during my visit with family. Any time I had to contact the host with any questions she responded immediately. Great Place!!

Relaxing paradise

Beautiful accommodations in a beautiful, quiet, relaxing area. Condo is fully equipped with kitchen supplies, bedding, and linens. Convenient to the pool. Good communication with the owner. Thank you for sharing your home! We had a great time!

Ft. Myers Getaway

Where do I even start? This is a beautifully appointed condo in a country club setting that offers outstanding amenities, even for those of you staying less than thirty days. The restaurant is fantastic as are the various pools. The condo was clean and organized upon our arrival. It has everything your group will need including a lanai with a breathtaking view of the golf course and lake. Very tranquil, and a great place to unwind. The surrounding area offers a multitude of restaurants and shopping options. Sandy was the premier host, with flawless communication and easy to follow directions for your stay. I was so impressed with this VRBO offering, that I considered my next stay at Heritage Palms before I packed up and went home! There is nothing to reconsider about this VRBO rental. It is ideal, and your group will be delighted throughout your stay. Thank you Sandy for a wonderful week in Ft. Myers.

Perfect Heritage Palms Rental

We were visiting family at Heritage Palms and needed extra space. We rented this condo for a week and it was perfect for us from beginning to end. Sandy is very helpful and responsive. And the condo is very clean, comfortable and has lovely Florida theme! We would be happy to rent this condo again.
