Harbor Lights Cottage #14

This newly rebuilt cottage features all the comforts of home with a panoramic view of Aransas Bay giving you both sunrise and sunset views. This 1600 sq ft 3 bed, 2 bath features a Queen mattress in each of the three bedrooms plus sleeper sofas in the living room and bonus room/sunroom. Additional amenities include sunroom, which faces Fulton Harbor, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

The newly built kitchen features quartz counter tops and all new appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full-size refrigerator, oven/stove, and microwave as well as coffee maker, toaster, blender, and cooking and baking utensils.

The cluster of large oak trees provides shade for our sparkling swimming pool with bay views; lounge chairs and tables are right outside your front door.

Also features air conditioning and heating, High speed internet, cable service and 2 color TVs. Linens and towels supplied.

Carport parking for 2 vehicles and boat parking are available.

A Bbq area with table and chairs as well as fish cleaning facilities is also on site.

Across the street from our cottage, you will find fishing, including two bait shops, a park and playground, Fulton Harbor, and excursion/tour boats. Restaurants, entertainment, and shopping are all within walking distance.

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be done 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
