Located in South Vendée in Ste Gemme la Plaine near Luçon in a magnificent 6ha park including swimming pool, ping pong, billiards, volleyball, soccer goal, swing, small farm with goat, pig, chickens, 35 mins from the ocean and from the Marais poitevin.

Each bungalow has:
- Two bedrooms (1 bedroom with a 140 bed and 1 bedroom with 2 or 3 single beds)
- Bathroom
- separate wc
- Kitchen / living room area with necessary utensils
- Private terrace with garden furniture
- Barbecue
- Closed parking.
- ANCV check accepted
- animals not accepted

Two checks will be requested on the day of your arrival:
- € 600 as a security deposit intended to cover damage and / or deterioration of the accommodation and furniture and objects filling the accommodation caused by the Lessee, as well as loss of keys or objects.
- € 50 for cleaning if the lessee leaves the premises dirty.

The security deposit as well as the "cleaning" check will be returned to the Lessee after his departure.

An inventory and an inventory will be established by the Parties at the end of the rental, each keeping a signed copy.

Possibility to book the 5 bungalows which can accommodate up to 20 people.

You have a room to meet in bad weather.

A wellness area in the park with sauna and jacuzzi and massage room to enjoy a moment of relaxation.

You can also take advantage of the guest house offering the possibility of dining for € 12 per person with a dish and a dessert.
