It seems from your review that the only concern was that it did not work well for your group. I wish we would have known that you felt this way while on property and we would have certainly looked into options for you. We have other two - four bedroom units that may have worked better for you. Please, in the future, contact us right away through one of our multiple communication resources so we can assist as needed. I am sorry that you were unhappy with your stay. Jamie

I have checked our daily records from the hot tub tech, and do not see any issues. I wish we would have been notified of the problem as we would have certainly looked into options for you. We provide a 24 hour line to access staff, as well as sent a text during your stay asking how your stay was going. We want all of our guests to have a wonderful, relaxing stay. I am sorry that we were not aware of the issue and that you were disappointed.
