Free Standing Cabin Nestled in Rocks with Outdoor Hot Tub

A freestanding 1-bedroom, 1-bath cabin located three miles from Rocky Mountain National Park, Unit 7 is nestled alongside rock formations with two queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and outdoor hot tub. Dine in with a ¾ kitchen and gas grill with table and chairs on the deck, explore downtown shopping and dining minutes from your door, or relax in front of a gas fireplace with cable TV and free DVD movie rentals. Stays include complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter. Dogs welcome with approval ($25 per dog/per day) but no other pets and no smoking, please. Sleeps six.

This was a great base for a RMNP and Estes Park vacation. It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The private hot tub was an added bonus.

Great location. Full kitchen with all necessary utensils, pots, pans. Private outdoor hot tub 5 steps from door. Very comfortable furniture and bed. Highly recommend!

This cabin is a part of a multi unit property. The house was clean a decently appointed. It is small and tight for six people.

It seems from your review that the only concern was that it did not work well for your group. I wish we would have known that you felt this way while on property and we would have certainly looked into options for you. We have other two - four bedroom units that may have worked better for you. The property inclding the hot tub was very clean and all the staff were extremely responsive! We sent a comment on just a minor issue and it was resolved within an hour or so. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Getaway Space

We had a wonderful time at Sunnyside 7 - I loved everything about it. I’ve never experienced an indoor hot tub before and found the convenience and comfort quite nice. The accommodations were perfect for me to enjoy some time with family, and friends, and myself. It was very close to a main road but I liked the easy access to nice walks and town. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Cut Short

We only stayed overnight due to my husband's medical emergency. The location and the cabin are great. We will definitely book it again in the future.

Not impressed with the hot tub

Loved this property. The only disappointment was the hot tub which was one of the main reasons we booked our stay here.

I have checked our daily records from the hot tub tech, and do not see any issues. I wish we would have been notified of the problem as we would have certainly looked into options for you. We provide a 24 hour line to access staff, as well as sent a text during your stay asking how your stay was going. We want all of our guests to have a wonderful, relaxing stay. I am sorry that we were not aware of the issue and that you were disappointed. Please, for future visits, feel free to contact us prior to booking and we can assist you with choosing the best unit for your stay. Jamie

Wonderful place close to RMNP for hikes

My family of 5 stayed here to go hiking. The place was clean and tidy. Had everything we needed! It was very close to town and also very close to the entrance of RMNP. Our place was next to other units but we felt very secluded while sitting out on our deck. I would definitely come back and stay again.

elk on our back yard

So close to town and rmnp. Beautiful little setting. We loved seeing the resident hummingbirds zipping around. We had 2 bull elk sleeping on the rocks behind our cabin. It was great.

Beautiful cabin surrounded by mountains and wildlife.

I was a little skeptical after reading older reviews but the place was perfect. The kitchen had new appliances. The cook wear, dishes and utensils were very organized and easy to find. The hot tub was very clean and looked new, the grill was also clean and ready to use. The views from all the windows were magnificent. The beds and furniture was cozy and comfortable. We will definitely be back to Sunnyside Knoll (cabin 7).

Nice location. Older but nice. Close to Estes Park and Rocky Mountains. Quiet but not as isolated as the pictures appear on the listing. Would stay here again. Chlorine smell from hot tub but not unexpected
